Its been a while since I've visited Brooklyn's but I remember my first experience there and they were very nice. And the clothes are very cute! I am either a small or extra small and some things weren't in my size and the manager, Angie, was very sweet to go into the back and find my size and she was very helpful! I felt very welcomed for my first time there and got many different outfits. Thanks Brooklyn's!! 😊

I had a great experience at Brooklyns in Woodstock. I took my daughter there for some new outfits. Angie was very friendly and helpful. She helped us pick out outfits that go good together and coordinate into many outfits. We are very happy with her clothes and she is getting a lot of compliments. We will definitely be back.

Brooklynn’s is a store we regularly visit while in Woodstock. The staff are always very helpful, pleasant, and assertive. The Staff definitely knew their stock, how items fit, and spoke highly of the quality of their merchandise. A great experience each time we visit.

Love Brooklyn’s! They have the cutest clothes and their employees always show you the best clothing options! I never feel out of place or unseen by their employees. They always go above and beyond and this is why I will continue to shop there.

The manager Angle and Adrianna are the best!!! All the other girls in the store are super nice and helpful.

Their merch is reasonably priced;
The store is clean and well laid out;
The staff is exceptionally helpful without being intrusive;
And best of all, the store manager Angie is an absolute delight!
She knows her merchandise well and knows how to pair items in a fun way.
She’s personable while still professional and an outstanding addition to this company.
This really is the only clothing shore in Woodstock that I even bother to shop in frankly.

I love this shop! Brooklyn's always has the cutest clothes for women. They serve everyone from pre-teens on with the latest styles in clothes, shoes, and accessories. They have great prices as well as frequent sales. It's conveniently located near many other retails shops as well as restaurants in downtown Woodstock so it's definitely a must-visit on a day out shopping.

After reading a couple of the reviews I was a bit leery of having to deal with the store about a missing item. I purchased a few items for Christmas for my daughter & just took the bags inside & didn't open the bag until Christmas Eve to wrap & found that a shirt wasn't in the bag. I called on 12/26 & spoke with Angie & to my surprise I was not given a hard time & she was able to give me a refund (shirt was out of stock).

This is what great customer service is all about - thank you Angie!!!

I don't remember her name, but the brunette with the tattoos and pigtails in her hair went out of her way to give me the best quality service. she found me a medium in the bomber jacket that I wanted even though it was on sale and it might have disrupted her day. she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Thank you Brooklyn's for giving us a great experience! We love you!

My favorite store in downtown Woodstock! Brooklynn's Woodstock staff went Sooooo super above and beyond to make me feel special, welcomed, loved, pampered and fabulous! From the moment I walked in I was greeted sooooo cheerfully and excitedly! I was reapproached for help, they laughed wuth me, danced with me, we talked and chatted, they were so excited I was there I can't wait to go back! By the way, IT'S ALWAYS LIKE THAT THERE! ESPECIALLY MADE MY DAY! Thank you Cheyenne, Janalyn, Angie and Brooklynn! You 4 ladies are truly fabulous!!!

I had a problem with a dress and a worker named Angie went way above my expectations of trying to help me! She was phenomenal and definitely deserves a raise!!

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! Jodi helped me pick out a ton of cute clothes that I would never have chosen for myself off the rack!

A little bit more on the expensive side for me, but the quality in their clothing is 👌. I love their clothes and I've been lucky that they even have my size 5 shoe size occasionally.
