Worst mechanic shop in woodstock, was there for almost 2 hours, only for an oil change and spark plugs, the "owner" comes out and try to charge me $250 even tho i supplied all the material needed, she said it was 2 techs that did the job, i said its a 1 tech job for 30 minutes of work, and they kept going to work on another truck and counted that timr on me, NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

Highly unprofessional. I was in contact with a woman for about three weeks. She was very friendly. Two days before my scheduled work, I called to make sure everything was still okay and what time I could drop the car off. I was told the hours were 9-3, but if the work wasn’t complete by 3, they would stay late to finish. The day of my scheduled repair, I arrived at 9, but nobody was there. I called and the woman said her mechanic wouldn’t be there until 10 that day. Whatever, ran some errands and came back. I have a baby and she was kind enough to just drop me off at home so I didn’t have to Uber. She said she would text me with the quote before they began the work. All seemed cool. Until I look at the clock and it’s not 1:30, and I’ve heard nothing. I called, no answer. I sent a text, no response. My husband called, she answered and said she’d call him back in two minutes, she did not. He went to pick up my car at 2:30, and nothing had been done to it.
