Chick-fil-A at Lake Oconee

My daughter's boyfriend calls this God's Chicken because they are one of the greatest fast food restaurants that keeps Sunday open for Church and family. I think that is why we all love that place. Plus it is hands down the best chicken that you can buy out. Plus they only have Godly people working for them, so you will always be treated with the highest standard of respect. More than I can say for other restaurants staff. Plus all of the Chick FIL A restaurants are always the cleanest of all other restaurants. Great Job KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

Stopped at this CFA for dine-in breakfast— busy breakfast traffic but got in and only about five minute wait to post order; plenty of tables; good, fast service; food was quality CFA; dining room fully open with condiment bar fully stocked; good stop off I-20.

Stopped here for breakfast. Food was out fast and was super hot. Chick Fil A is always good and this store was no exception. The staff was super friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a bite to eat.

Had to stop to pee on my way to Atlanta, decided to get something to eat, too. That hot, juicy fried chicken sandwich really hit the spot

It's CFA, so my expectations are pretty high 😂 and we were just passing through. But everyone here is so nice, even the regular customers, and of course our order was perfect. A great CFA, they passed the test 😍

Ordered on the app. Took forever to get my order. Counter was vacant. Four different people came in, ordered, and got their food while I waited. I didn't have any kind of special order; two 12 piece nuggets and a large fry. Nuggets were miniscule. About the size of the nail section of my index finger. The food was good but Disney priced. Little food, big price.

We just stopped by the Chick-fil-a at Lake oconee with my husband and 7 year old boy on the way home to Atlanta. He was playing in the kids play area and he left a shirt there. We didn't realize it until we were 10 minutes away from home. This was a special shirt bought in the Bahamas. We called and asked if they could send it to us and we would pay them. They said they would send it to us and don't worry about paying. The owner Josh Waddy is an incredible person. Of course we are sending them money and will stop by there any chance we get.

Also, we got our food quickly even though it was very full. All of the staff friendly and efficient and shout out to Shayna Shipley who I spoke with on the phone. Wonderful people and well-run restaurant!!

The children sandwich is always a must with a large lemonade. Their employees are always very courteous.

This visit didn't start out as the best. After we ordered, the four in my party sat in the dining area. Within a very short period of time, we got 1 of our 4 meals. The team member (who was a trainee) didn't seem to know that the rest of our order was missing. When we asked about our order, she brought out her trainer who quickly went to make the rest of the order. When she came with the food, we realized there was a miscommunication in our order. We ordered a chicken wrap while the cashier thought we ordered nuggets.
While things weren't going right, the staff remained professional, and then the manager came out seeing there was an issue. She took control and figured out what we wanted and delivered it quickly.
So although things went wrong, the staff gets an A+ because of how the issues were handled.
The food was hot and fresh, and the restaurant was in great shape.

Food was fantastic as usual. Bus load of students and they got us out in fifteen minutes! The staff was great.

This was an impromptu visit, but I was very happy we were able to. The customer service is excellent and inviting. It was clean and very busy as I would expect for Chick-fil-A. It was quite a while before I was able to enjoy my order. When I got the chance to eat, my salad was still delicious. Thanks!

I called and ordered on April 26 2023 and got a catering order for 10 chicken sandwiches and a gallon sweet tea and scoop and bag of ice condiments on short notice and the guy manager had it ready for me in 15 minutes during a lunch rush. This was AWESOME SERVICE and I was SUPER PLEASED THANK YOU!! So very much 💕

Awesome! Food is always hot. I wanted to give 5 stars for the service but the young lady working drive thru was playing with coworkers while holding my order. Thanks to the manager that saw it and brought it to her attention that she was holding me up. It's still my favorite good management.

Recently, returning from the masters in Augusta, my coworker, and I stopped at this location to grab a quick dinner to go returning to Atlanta. The drive-through service was very quick and efficient with the food cooked order with a couple specialties.

The staff is super nice and welcoming. The food taste better cause everyone is so nice! Very clean too. They are doing a great job here

The food was very tasty. The service was slow at the same time, the workers were nice. It appears to be a new restaurant and getting up to speed.
