Lokahi Health and Fitness

I dropped in for 2 days while I was visiting family in town and everyone was so welcoming! The owner and head coach Courtney was friendly and runs an awesome gym. If I lived in the area I would choose Crossfit Lokahi as my gym; loved the welcoming environment and challenging workouts! Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Hands down my favorite gym (besides my home gym) that I’ve ever been to! Courtney and the crew that attend there are all amazing, and I can’t wait until the next time I need to go back! I walked in and needed a temporary gym for the week, and I was immediately approached, with introductions and some welcome information, and the rest is history. Great gym to work in, great coaches to work under, and some Great PR’s to be smashing!

Best gym EVER!!!! Kortney and all the other trainers really care about each and every person that walks through their door! They get to know you on a personal level and really want to see you grow and succeed. This is a very family oriented atmosphere where I always feel welcomed. I am blessed to be a part of the Lokahi family!!!

Dropped in last week while visiting from Florida. Very large place with plenty of room to move around so you don't feel cramped. Everyone was very welcoming and the coaching and equipment was top notch. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great workout around great people. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Georgia.

Love this place! It has turned into a second home. It doesnt matter where you are at on the fitness scale this place will challenge you. The coaches, owners and regulars are some of the nicest and most welcoming people i have ever had the pleasure of meeting!

I had a great experience at CF Lokahi. The members were friendly and coach kortney was laid back and supportive. The programming was good. The wod was tough but rewarding. I would definitively reccomend this gym to anyone looking for a good box.

My wife and my self have been part of the gym for a few years now. This place is like one big family. We work out, eat and travel together. We have made many new friends and help improve our fitness.

This gym has literally become a second home to me over the past year. All of the coaches and the members are supportive, helpful, and like family. I've grown stronger than I ever thought I could be and have learned so much. I look forward to continuing to grow "stronger everyday" with everyone!

Love this place! Very friendly, family-type and competitive atmosphere. The workouts are great and so are the coaches. There is so much to do here and it's a very relaxed atmosphere. Definitely a winner in my book.

I dropped in from Orlando and everyone was very friendly. Coach Kourtney is a great coach and did the WOD with me. I have been doing crossfit for about three years and this WOD was about as tough as one gets. The facilities have everything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend Crossfit Lokahi is you are looking to get a real crossfit experience.

If you are looking for a place to call home that truly embraces its members then look no further. Kortney and his crew are top notch which I got to experience as I was in town for over a week and attended every single day. GO TO THIS GYM!!! Now my home away from home when in GA from CO

Been a part of this Box for going on 3 years. We have cook outs, do local competitions, play ultimate frisbee, basketball, volleyball, and go on cruises(where we win tug of war tournaments) together!❤ If anyone is looking for a gym full of people who are more family than friends, look no further!! Love These people.

One of the best facilities in the county. Crossfit Lokahi is not only magnificently ran but Dr. Kortney is a stickler on moving well, diet, and proper nutrition. A must for the amateur and elite athletes.

Really cool place!! Work out area is huge and Kortney is "sincerely" kind and works hard to help everyone. Really love how they take care of high school athletes too! Definitely recommend!!! Kim

Great CF fam here. I dropped in while traveling and Coach Kourtney and the group were very welcoming! The WOD was appropriately tough and the gym was nice. Definitely recommend!

This is a great CrossFit gym! Largest I've ever seen with a great layout and the coaches have a real passion for athletic performance and treat everyone like family!

Great crossfit gym, the trainer's diverse background allow you to train for your own goals as they get to know you at a more personal level than any traditional gym.

Love my Box! Love my peeps!! I can't believe how strong I have become and look forward to future improvements!
