I’ve been working with Jon Weinberg for a little over 2 years and couldn’t be happier with my experience. As a small business owner, I tend to have frequent and time-sensitive needs when it comes to insurance. Whether it’s a simple question about coverage, document requests, or something that would require extensive assistance, I could not ask for more from Jon and his team. I’ve worked with several different agents and providers over the past 10 years and have never received service that can compare. Even if another agent/agency has given you a lower quote, don’t miss the opportunity to work with Jon Weinberg over a few dollars. It will save you in the long-run.

I highly recommend Jon Weinberg, if you are shopping for commercial property insurance. After an extensive search for a renewal property policy for some apartments I own, I was unable to find anyone willing or able to find a new policy that was reasonably priced, and maintained my lender requirements. I had heard of Jon from a Georgia apartment broker. I gave Jon a call, and he immediately went to work, gathering information about the property, building a story, collecting loss runs, calculating square footages, confirming numbers, etcetera...
After about a week's work, he produced several quotes, from several carriers. The premium amounts were ~60% lower than
what other brokers had found me. Moreover, Jon produced results in a very short time. It was clear that Jon has a deep network of insurance agents/brokers, that give him better access to options for his clients. I believe other agents/brokers can not match Jon's results. Where possible, I will continue to use Jon's services. He saved me alot of $. That is the bottom line.

Working with Jon Weinberg and AJ&C Garfunkel insurance is working with the best. He presents the facts and explains thoroughly the ins and outs of this business. We found out our previous property insurance was going out of business and that all other rates available were really high. Well Jon explained to us why all the rates were so high and he promised to find the best rate when we would need it. Likewise he also reviewed all our other policies and promised to do the same. He didn’t want us transferring midpolicies, so as not to waste money already spent, but stated that we could transfer over as each came to the end of their term. Patient and honest! Great to have him in our community.
