She is the epitome of what a real estate agent should be. Our experience was smooth as glass. She worked closely with us and worked diligently to get us where and what we needed to get our house ready to go on the market. When our house went public on a Friday, we had a showing that day and five the next.

On Sunday, we had two offers - one for $10,000 over listing price! Ann guided us through due diligence easily with no hiccups. Closing was a pleasant experience and all parties were happy.

Ann is more than the real estate agent that sold our home, she is a very special friend. Thank you for making this experience fun and almost painless - almost because we are going to miss living in Clayton and the life we had there.
