WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Even though MaQuia needed to get ready for closing she took her time to help my daughter and her friend pick out earrings for piercing. MaQuia explained every step she was doing in the piercing process putting the girls at ease. She also went through the aftercare steps more than once and answered our questions with knowledgeable information. MaQuia is an AMAZING GEM!

Good customer service and quality jewelry. The young woman took time understand my needs. I wanted three ear piercings and ended up buying nose rings. All the jewelry for piercings are packaged separately, she sanitized her hands and equipment and communicated effectively.

Took the kids to get their ears pierced. It was fast, easy, and painless (they said it didn't really hurt). The consultant explained everything clearly and seemed knowledgeable. Overall a nice experience for the kids and seemed a better price and quality than Claire's. (We compared)
