Ibro Tucakovic, my agent reached out to me unexpectedly to advise that I could be saving money with another insurance company with the same or better policy. He went over all the details, answered all the questions I had, made it super easy to switch and was super patient with me. He saved me money when I was not even looking for it. I have been using C&B for 2 years now. This last month I have seen a great strength in staff and service. They really have taken the time to get the best rates for me. I've used Crawford-Butz Insurance for many years now and recently went through the buying and selling process for our home. Kisha May could not have been more helpful in securing insurance for our new home, even when I had some out of the norm requests for documents that the underwriters needed (most of which weren't even her responsibility to provide but she certainly went out of her way to advise me and help me out!). Not only that but she found a way to save us hundreds on our car insurance! I really don't think we could have successfully gone through the process without her help!
