Austin Bryant helped to replace roof for another rental house I manage last month. He and other co-workers/contractors are all very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He knows how to communicate with insurance companies. Working with Austin has always been a worry-free process for me and owners. Highly recommended!

Roofserv just completed my new roof and I could not be happier with the beautiful finished product. Initially I met with the Senior project managers Jackson Herold and Esteban Alamo who were both extremely courteous, professional and highly experienced. They guided and orchestrated the entire project utilizing qualified experts to liaison and interact with third parties involved. The company had recently completed several new roof projects in my immediate area and community and were recommended by several other neighbors. My due diligence of Roofserv found this to be an honest, trustworthy and extremely experienced organization and company.
Esteban was incredibly involved and present on site throughout the project from delivering the materials to the completion of the project. He was detail oriented and went above and beyond all expectations routinely. His obsession with the final product and his customers extreme satisfaction was evident and paramount even after the job was completed.

Austin provided great service on our roof replacement. Work was completed on time and Austin always responded quickly to calls and text messages. If there were 10 stars available I would give 10 stars to Austin and Roofserv.

We recently had a new roof installed by Roofserv. We worked with Jackson Herold and Dominic Boyce from start to finish. Our experience with with them was great! They explained the process very well and kept us informed throughout the entire time so there were no surprises at all. Jackson and Dominic, and their crew did an excellent job replacing our roof and cleaning and sweeping the area after the work was completed.

In addition to the roof work, Roofserv took care of some additional interior work in our home. Our old roof leaked and some rooms required ceiling repair to address that. Roofserv crew did an excellent job completing the repair-work within one day. After completing the job, they cleaned the area and left no mess behind!

I had the chance to work with Dan and Esteban on a recent roofing claim after a hail storm. They were able to identify and illustrate the damage my roof had received to me and the adjuster.
