I love this location because it is convenient to my home and the ladies here are extremely nice and very helpful. Always greeting you with a smile and willing to help in any way possible. I highly recommend this location to anyone

I must say my experience with them was A+. I had a short amount of time I needed to store my belongings and this was the only company that was willing to work with me on the price for the few days I needed it. Everybody else wanted a month worth but not them. I wish I could remember the rep name who set my account up but once I explained what I needed she offered me a promotion of my 1st month being only a $1 and I had to pay admin fee which was $35 and a $20 lock fee which you got back if you had your own. Who’s turning down that offer. Also the local rep who name I also can’t remember but I must say she was the icing on the cake well her and the manager. They allowed me to return my lock that I didn’t need because I had my own. It just so happen to be a few days after them not being able to take it back because I just never had time to get back on that side of town but she actually remembered me telling her I was bringing the key back. Let’s just say she blessed me with my $20 lock fee back without any hassle and that experience alone will bring me back and tell others to store there as well.

Chelsea and kim is the best at chatham parkway public storage 10/10 would recommend. Best customer service and have friendly connections.

This was my first time renting a storage unit. I had the lovely pleasure of dealing with Kim. She was very knowledgeable, very kind, helpful, easy to speak to and approachable. She made my experience go as smoothly as possible. I’m strictly only leaving a review because of her exceedingly expertise. Extremely satisfied with the services provided.

They keep raising the monthly fees . However the office did contact me regarding this and at times can do a fee adjustment check to help if you need

Great experience with Morgue J. I was looking for another space big enough and easy to park into. He quickly confirmed that he had the perfect spot that he think would be great for me. We checked the spot out. And just like he insisted, it was perfect. Mr. Morgue was very professional and knowledgeable of the property policy’s. The process was easy and smooth.

Over the weekend i had a bad experience with the elevators not being able to take my iteams to the third floor were my storage was. I called first thing Monday morning and Derrick was really helpful on checking on the elevator and he had the issue resolved with an apology.

This place was awesome, the staff was warm, very friendly. The price is very fair in comparison to all the competition in the area. The property was clean and trash free, i truly enjoyed the fact that they personally made security checks in spite of them having 24 hrs cctv. I had a wonderful experience... Mrs. Brittany was very helpful to ensure that i had made the right choice for the space I would need for storage... great job for the weekend staff at Public Storage, I'm sure everyone who came out was totally satisfied with service and staff.

I had the best experience today with Mrs. Brittany over here at Chatham pkwy! Her energy is fantastic! She definitely helped my every need, and was so knowledgeable about Public Storage. I love working with people who love their job, because it makes me love doing business here.
