Good vibes, good waffles, decent coffee. I'd definitely recommend a visit. It's kind of hidden right by a Starbucks but definitely better in terms of vibes & drinks. Especially if you need a quieter space, I'd recommend checking this place out.
Btw, their waffles are gluten free but delish!

This place is an Oasis gem! I had food and the coffee is authentic deliciousness. They have a selection of imported rare coffees from Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Peru, Hawaii, Turkey et... and the food is amazing! I loved the quietness, comfort, and peace. The Mom and her daughter made me feel at home, unlike the busy Starbucks where sometimes I can’t even find a place to sit Lol. I also feel good about supporting our local businesses by spending my money here!

Love this place! I like the atmosphere, music they play and wide selection of espresso and coffee (manual drips).

I didn't try any food but everything they have, though small menu for food, sounds delicious.

There is Starbucks near by but I would rather choose here to get some work done or just to chill and enjoy a good cup of coffee.

Such a delightful experience. This small coffee shop offers such a refreshing serene environment that makes me want to curl up and read a book. My wife and I tried the milk tea tapioca and the red bean waffles. The tea is specially brewed and fantastic. The waffle taste like mochi with a healthy helping of anko inside the soft waffle. It was marvelous and a beautiful treat or dessert. I haven't tasted something like it on the east coast.
The staff are so friendly and the owner is so kind and talented. Thank you so much. This place is such a creative idea.

Great local coffee shop! Coffee is roasted locally and can get anything from drip coffee, smoothies, to espresso. The vibe is nice and rustic and great for doing school work, there is wifi and plenty of power outlets all over to plug in. Also a great perk is the cookies they give out with the coffee, there the best! Also if you come a lot you can get a loyalty card and once half filled you'll get a free Americano and and then once full any drink free. The owner is also very nice and informative! I love it and go many times a week!

Small and intimate atmosphere.
Very friendly staff and the choices of desserts and croissants were amazing. Coffee was superb so smooth the espresso and lattes you don't need sweeteners.

First just want to state this coffe shop is clean and sanitized very well. When I order my coffee the barista was very friendly. I asked what she recommended and she made sure to understand my taste in coffee first then offer her opinion. Great experience and very quick! I will make sure to come back.

Basso Coffeehouse is so quaint. My boyfriend and I decided to try it out and get some work done there. It is really hidden though, situated being the Starbucks and Five Guys on Old Peachtree. I got the White Grape Refresher and my boyfriend got a Con Panna. We also got the Cheese and Garlic Honey Bread sticks—sooo good. Towards the end we decided to get a tea pot. The owner recommended the African Nectar combined with the Chamomile Citrus; it ended up being really good. Definitely recommend this place the owner was so sweet and seems to know a lot about coffee! Skip that Starbucks in the front and come here

When coming to this place it looks like your standard coffeehouse. Nice decorations, tranquil music, and a calm atmosphere. However, the real magic is through the service, food, and the drinks, the true testament to a good experience. You'll be greeted by a warm welcome and a menu that seems larger than imaginable, spanning an entire wall. Through my time there I confirmed that the quality of food is constant through all facets of the menu regardless of what you order.

Whether the coffee, the food, or the drinks; each had its own unique twist and love poured into it. I would highly recommend the tropical fruit-ade as the fruit was perfectly fresh and a delectable treat after a heavy meal. The fruit-ade had a melding of multiple fresh-cut tropical fruits with a slight carbonation that led to a cleansing sense on the palate.

Something truly unique about this coffeehouse that few other places I've been to can compete with is the inclusion of gluten-free options that are actually tasty. The waffles are rice based with 5 different flavors(if I remember correctly, there might be more) The waffles came with a glorious selection of side options (think chocolate, fresh cut strawberries, and little vistas of whipped cream mountains) The (6!) waffles were fresh and even a little crispy with a smooth filling. The cost to filling ratio was absolutely exquisite and something that I look forward to trying again.

Overall, this coffeehouse blew all my expectations out of the water. With its service, friendly staff, and delicious food. This is a place for all customers, they've got something for everyone whether trying something new or enjoying an old favorite, and everything will be served with a smile to boot. Therefore this gets my full 5 star out of 5 star review, well deserved!

Just found this place right near my office. Got a decaf iced latte with just a splash of mocha and it was perfectly sweetened and SO creamy! I’ll be back Basso Coffeehouse and will also tell my coworkers! Thank you!!
