I just wanted to compliment the 2 ladies that were working today. They were very quick and efficient. There were a lot of people waiting to be seen and they managed to get everyone through while they were also doing ALL the road test! They did this while having a friendly & positive attitude! Made my nervous 16 year old feel a little more comfortable! Thank you ladies!

We went for our teen to test for his license. We were greeted by friendly, smiling ladies. When he tested, the directions were clear and the instructor was patient and kind. Both times at this location, we were treated in the same professional and kind manner. Aside from the people, the facility was nice and clean. The process was easy and we were out within the hour. Great experience!

This is the absolute best DDS I've been too. From the time you walk in until you leave. Exceptional customer service. Ms Santonia (hope that's spelled correct) is beyond amazing and very friendly. The whole entire staff is outstanding.

Bre was amazing! She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She was so incredibly helpful and friendly! She's the best!

So I am writing this review with tears of joy. I will be as detailed as I can. My first driving test was at elberton dmv. I heard they have a short test of 7-10 minutes so I went there. The tester rode with me to the cones. She was giving me instructions the whole time and didn’t allow me to “own” the test. I only have to make each maneuver when she utters a word. I followed her instructions to every detail and we got to the office to tell me that I failed. I was crying the whole time because she never mentioned how and where I got it wrong. She get angry when I ask any questions for clarity. She and her colleagues were unkind to me for no reason. The friend that took me told me to book another place.

I booked Greensboro and became nervous when I heard it is even harder. The women here were cheerful and I was nervous but kept putting up courage. I love that the camera was mounted because I will be super nervous if the dmv personnel rode with me. There is no much space to do reverse parking here and I struggled with it a little bit and dressed my car once and a bit more. I lost 6 points for that but got every other thing correctly to score 94.

My advise to people booking road test here is to take your time to go a weekend to master the small space provided for the reverse parking and you’ll pass.

Quick turnaround, no hassles...

Brought my 88 year old Mother in Law to get new I D, we were greeted and explain the two options ie Computer or write in, after the paperwork, mother in law had to go to window #8 Nice young lady (Bree) was patience and kind as my mother in law struggled to walk to window, the whole event went well. Still nice people in the world.

This spot needs to train all the rest!!!! We scheduled a driver's road test here because Gwinnett was booked. This was sooo worth the 90 minute ride. We arrived, we're greeted and told to go stand at the window.. someone came over within 1 minute, told me all the paperwork she needed (it helps to be prepared). She made copies right there at the window. I am sure there was some polite small talk but I don't remember cause I was too busy PRAYING for a compassionate tester.

We waited about 3 minutes to be called for the road test. Now I don't remember my road test at all (30 years ago). The course was very compact for the straight reverse, parallel, and reverse parking. (HINT: after straight reverse drive forward more to the left instead of pulling straight forward so the car can reverse park easily into the compact space.) REMEMBER TO SIGNAL It's not a trick on the test but it makes a difference.

The road test is still virtual so there will be a camera mounted on the windshield and a cell phone used to communicate. The facilitator was very kind and polite, explaining each step.

There is a city street road test component...just follow the directions given and REMEMBER TO SIGNAL.

My child was thankful that this highly stressful moment was made easier due to the genuine empathy of the entire team. In all we dealt with 3 service repair and they all showed perfect customer service.

If you are considering using this location yet it's kinda far I suggest u go ahead and schedule. Perfect experience #ShePassed

Smoothest and fastest DDS trip ever in my life. Brought my son here to get his license since all the Gwinnett locations were booked way out. We walked in and were immediately greeted and taken care of at the counter. Considering this is an exciting and at the same time stressful event for any parent, being taken care of by such kind, professional employees made it easy and stress free.

I dreaded renewing my driver's license for months, but getting it done was a pleasant experience thanks to the workers at this facility in Greensboro. A lady greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and asked if she could help me. She was courteous and helpful and made several suggestions to ease the process. The wait time was hardly 5 minutes and the whole process went very smoothly. I love this facility and highly recommend them to anyone needing any of their services.

I have never been treated nicer and with more helpful respect that I was at the Greensboro facility. I'm not a person who often writes online reviews, but this was a special case. The workers behind the counter made this sometimes dreadful task fun and I left with a big smile on my face.

Excellent customer services at this DMV location. We came today to get a new ID for my special needs 16 year old son. We encountered by two ladies at the two separate counters and they both were very patient, calm and nice with us and towards our son. They were excited about taking his picture perfectly and gave him multiple chances at the time of signature till he gets it right because he kept scribbling on the signature pad. Very pleased with location and services.

Love the ladies that work here. Very helpful and made sure my hair was tame for my DL photo 😂

This DMV has very quick customer service. As soon as we walked in they got us to the counter and we didn’t have to wait for a long period of time to get my license renewed and my son had his driving test too. The instructor Colleen was very professional and super friendly. She was awesome. And we thank you for that as well.

This dds defies all expectations. I remember waiting 45 min to 120 minuets for an address change, license renewal, etc. my marriage name change was so fast. My number was called before I finished the paperwork. They are NEVER busy, staff is strangely helpful (for DDS) and The facilities are new. The only issue is it’s a little off the main road. It’s worth driving a little out of the way to come here because you’ll make up the time driving by the quick service and no headaches.

Teresa and Kristy were so nice to me. My situation was that of a different circumstance and though I was so scared they made me feel calm and helped me tremendously.
If you ever want to go to the DMV go to the Greensboro location.
They are fast too in service.

I had an awesome experience here @ the Greensboro DMV thanks to Teressa E. We drove abt an hour and a half to get here. To find out my Lil bro wasn't old enough to accompany me on my road test. I was feeling a little defeated definitely didn't won't to drive back home unsuccessful. As I was walking away a life line was giving. It uplifted my spirit as if I was spoken to by an angel 😇. "Why don't you ask someone in here to ride with you" is what she said. The light bulb 💡turn on and I jumped into action 🎬. Something so simple changed the game. I ended up having an amazing mother and FedEx employee hold me down. Who I'm truly grateful for because she did it from the kindness of her heart ❤ 💯 #ShesTheRealMVP

This was the 3rd DMV my son and I went to today trying to get his drivers test. First we went to Between. The lady there could not have been nastier to me. Apparently you have to have an appt now to do a test. I asked her how, all she said was check the website. We are booking end of sept. I called Athens, nicer but again couldn’t really help. We go to Greensboro. I explained what was going on, we are new to GA and no one will help us. They apologized for the other offices and confirmed you do have to have an appt. I was all but crying from frustration at this point. He leaves for college next week. Those SWEET AWESOME people got on their computer and were able to find us on for tue morning at another office and Booked it for me!! I did the application on line to do the skip a test and they both said we should have no problems at all. Bless you both. I wanted to jump the counter and hug them. I held their hands and said thank you again. Once this is done, I will always go back to their office for anything they can do. I have another son with a permit but he won’t be needing to go till next March. But we will be in Greensboro to handle it with their wonderful staff!!! ❤❤❤

We always have a great experience at this location. The staff is pleasant and the system is efficient. Very fast paced and convenient.
