Cafe Mixx

Easter Sunday traveling through, not many places open, found Cafe Mixx. What a find! I ordered pork loin katsu,husband had chicken katsu. Presentation was excellent, food was well prepared. Our only regret was we had no room for any of their beautiful desserts after eating our delicious meals! Highly recommend!

All the staff were so sweet and the food was amazing too!!

My friend and I accidentally walked in before they opened but they were really nice about it. We had some wonderful Kroffels in some comfortable seating. I also had an oolong tea which tasted like oolong should.

Cute little Korean place with delicious purple sweet potato chips and bingsoo. Was out of mochi waffles during my visit, but they definitely looked delicious on the menu!

Update: After over a year of waiting, I finally got a chance to try the black sesame mochi waffles, and they were very delicious. The presentation was surprising but very cute.

This place achieves what is so rare in America, food coming out actually looking like their photos. That aside, the portions are more than enough to make one full, service is swift and polite. I enjoyed the flavor of most of the good we ordered (carbonara chicken katsu, Shrimp tempura katsu, purple sweet potato ice cream and tiramisu, and crispy spicy chicken wings). The desserts we not too sweet or bland which is what I prefer. The spicy chicken wings had a kick to it, with the breading being light and cripsy as described. The only thing I was eh about was the matcha Latte. It wasn't bad but was simply too sweet for my liking. Overall, great ambience, service, food and drinks.

This is pretty interesting. They serve many cafe favourites such as various coffee drinks, bingsu, cakes but also savoury dishes such as katsu and hamburgers.

The only gripe I have is that every time I’ve been here, they’ve never had the purple sweet potato ice cream!

Amazing brunch and desert place! I tried crispy wing and pomegranate sparkling lemonade (signature drink) too and all good!! They also have outdoor seating so I went there with my dog!

I love this dessert cafe. All the desserts are not only delicious but looks gorgeous! They also have great food there too. Def worth the long drive we took to get there.

The food is actually super fresh and the taste is on point. I recommend the chicken as it’s high key one of the juiciest fried chickens I’ve had around Atlanta so far. The Chocolate croffle has a dark choclatey drizzles that’s so good too.

The first time I was here came with a friend, since then I love chicken tonkatsu!! Which they serve with a miso soup (another one of my favorites). The place is cute and cozy, super friendly staff. If you are looking for a nice lunch with an excellent price you are in the right place 😃. They also have a plenty of desserts and drinks, needless to say I drank a tea 😜

Great place to study! Plenty of charging stations and wifi available. Got a macaroon and viet coffee. The macaroons here are double the size of a regular one.

Great cafe to come to for your main meal or just for dessert. I saw some students here studying too. We came for dessert and ordered from Cafe Bora, a Korean cafe that is popular in LA. We got the injeolmi bingsoo and matcha tiramisu. Both were delicious and not overly sweet. The bingsoo came when syrup for a drizzle, extra injeolmi powder, and sweet potato chips made in house.

This is an amazing place. I ordered two tonkatsus, strawberry tiramisu and purple latte. All the food was taste fantastic. I am a tonkatsu mania and this tonkatsu is best in the town. Interior was cozy trandy and traditional. If you looking for some pretty cafe with good food as well, this is the place.

Second time visiting this spot. Very nice environment for hangouts and spacious seatings. The food is also amazing, very creative and comes in great delightful flavors.

This place that makes the drive to Suwanee pretty worth it for a unique, authentic Korean dessert experience. I've had plenty of their different bingsus, tiramisu and some katsus.

Purely food based review:

Injeolmi Shake - A unique Korean flavor that's grainy, tastes like rice cake powder. A bit too much for me in a drink factor. I love it on their desserts though.

Purple Sweet Potato Tiramisu - One of their staples, highly recommended. Creamy and yummy and subtle sweetness.

Persimmon Bingsu - Really unique flavor and it comes with refill syrup and some yam chips. Really aesthetic.

Minimalist aesthetics, pastel colorways, cute wooden tables & chairs, and a delicious dessert menu make this place worth checking out! Tried their bingsoo (shaved ice) and tiramisu which were really good!

Delicious food. Was so thankful as I spilled coffee on my bag, but the employees were so helpful in cleaning up the mess!
