I rarely give reviews, however the staff was wonderful. When I spoke with Dianna, she was kind and made sure that they had the battery in stock; so I wouldn't waste my time driving there.

Then there was Angie (I hope I have the name correct). She installed the battery like a pro. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

They will have my business from now on and would recommend anyone to them. Thank you ladies, you were the best.

Wanted to acknowledge Chris and the rest of the folks at Batteries Plus. I had a cranking battery go bad in my boat. Big heavy glass mat batteries. I’m not as young as I used to be, and Chris jumped right in to help me remove my old battery. Then spent a considerable amount of time getting the new one installed. All while standing in the pouring rain. Chris really went above and beyond. Thanks again.

I always have a pleasant exchange with whomever is working. They have difficult to find batteries and run good discounts if you buy online and pick up in store.

The guys here were phenomenal! We had a car key that was just coming apart. Then the key itself broke off the base 😱. These guys got us set up with a brand new key and got it programmed to the car too! It was a huge relief.

These guys were great, and they worked fast too. I think it only took around 30 minutes to get everything fixed. It was just about $100 to save the day. We’re glad to have a new key!

I seldom give reviews, but I really want to thank the staff of this store for helping me in a jam to get my phone’s camera back up and functioning. Jon was especially wonderful to work with and I am so appreciative for the fantastic and prompt customer service I received. Not having a functioning camera on my phone the week before leaving for a European vacation had me very stressed, but Jon and other staff were so reassuring and quick to act to get things right. You have my business and recommendation to friends and family from here out. Thank you!

Mike^2 did an amazing job!
I was greeted warmly the minute I stepped in the store and was helped immediately.
I needed a new car key fob battery and Mike1.0 got to work immediately while Mike 2.0 started ringing me up. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I will definitely come to this location again to see Mike^2 !

They had the 2 batteries that I needed for my truck in stock and installed them promptly and free of charge.

Well worth to buy the lifetime watch battery, the associate told me I bought it on his sister's birthday August of 2010, pretty cool.

I'm a returning customer for a reason. Their people are very friendly and service is top notch. Among other things like getting my cell phone repaired, I come here for car batteries as it's one of the few places I can buy one locally-made (The X2 Power battery is built by a quality American company here in Springfield). Highly recommend this store.

As someone who spent years working retail, I cannot say enough about this incredible retailer. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, engaging, and goes above and beyond. Atmosphere is welcoming. Clearly excellent management as entire staff operates as a unified team with high morale, professionalism, and genuine joy. The staff at Batteries Plus on Campbell is always courteous and knowledgeable. Their prices are always competitive with other stores in town and honestly a lot less hassle. I go to them for all of my batteries and key fob needs.

Very nice little store. Staff very helpful. They have every kind of bulb, battery and charger you could possibly use.

Picture this Christmas eve afternoon with windchill and snow on the ground and I go to jump in my trusty car and the battery is dead.... got it jumped and headed to Springfield hoping to get to Wal-Mart to get new battery. Their automotive dept.. was closed. Called Wesley at Battery Plus and he had the battery I needed and installed it for me in 15 minutes. Very nice young man and helpful. He deserves a raise.
