I had SUCH a pleasant experience at Earthbound yesterday at MidRiver’s Mall! From the time I entered the store until the time I left, I was greeted by several sales associates who were SO helpful and answered all my questions. They were very engaging and personable and made my shopping experience a very positive one. I usually shop at other Earthbound locations, but will make this store my store of choice from now on! Wonderful atmosphere and exceptional sales associates!

This is the best store ever! The employees here are so helpful and also incredibly kind. The girl with tattoos and beautiful long black hair recommended me numerous products for helping me deal the anxiety I’ve been experiencing recently and I am so so grateful (though I can’t remember her name, she was amazing)! Thank you!!! This is my new favorite store at this mall. ❤

I was also shopping at this location last Saturday and they said their register system was down due to a tornado in Texas, however they were still happy to ring me out! and their associate Morgan was super nice and was very helpful!

Friendly staff members and lots of nice items to choose from. I'm a little sad they don't have buddah figurines anymore, which is what I was actually looking for. I did find a very nice singing bowl and a new tarot deck that's B beautifully illustrated. Earthbound never disappoints!

LOVE this store - the two managers incredible as far as customer service goes. Last time I came in, Morgan was extremely helpful in suggesting a T-Shirt to me that hit the nail on the head and I bought immediately. Everyone that works there is super helpful and friendly. I will be a loyal customer for life!! :)

I have just found my favorite store!!! If you are really into astrology, tarot cards, etc. This is the place to go! The workers are so nice and informative. I can't say enough about this store! I will definitely be making more trips to this store. 😃💜

Fantastic service. Got a hat from there for the winter and the staff was phenomenal. Came from out of town and wish i could go back. Ms. Samantha was amazing and Sarah was very helpful.

Truthfully, this was the best experience. The girls working there were so sweet & helpful. Also love that they’re supporting Arbor Day.
