I used this company for nearly 10 years but it has gone way down hill the past year. They raise rates without notification. The person who answers the phone when you call is always confused. Recommend you keep looking for a different carrier

John Taliaferro is a disreputable businessman who will do anything and everything to take advantage of his clients. Also, he treats his own employees like "dirt". He acts like he cares but he does not. In addition, he has bad breath and extreme body odor. Please do not give him your business.
