Love this location! There is a great selection and I've always had friendly staff. I had a large online return last week that I had brought into the store and the associate helping me did not make me feel bad at all for having to process everything in the evening.

Found what I wanted at a really good price. That was after shopping at 4 other stores first. I needed something nice as mother of the bride, but I didn't want to pay a lot of money for shoes. There are enough other wedding-related expenses to deal with!

I love this place. The people are always helpful and smiling. The prices are very reasonable and if you can't find what you're looking for most of the time it's on their website. The store is pretty big with shoes for men's, Women's, and Children. Definitely worth the trip to go in.

Found a pair of shoes in clearance, but they did not have my size. We were able to locate the needed size in another city and DSW graciously held the shoes until I could get there to try on and pick up.

I bought a pair of shoes and only had them for two weeks before the insole started to pull up. The store exchanged them for a new pair, no questions asked, and they gave me an $11 refund for the trouble, even though I exchanged them for the exact same shoes.

Lots of shoes, we visited on a very busy no-tax, back-to-school weekend and they were managing the crowd through checkout very well. We found a bargain for the shoes my wife wanted.
