I've been going here exclusively for over 10 years because their product and service are top tier. The owner, Tiffany, knows her customers and maintains a delightful and fun atmosphere with her kindness, wit, and humor. I wish them continued success!

i went in to have dip nails removed that i had done for a wedding, and wanted to switch to short, simple gel nails for my job. in the past, nail techs either tried to convince me to do longer or more detailed acrylics or seemed disappointed in not being able to do something more fun. not lynn, she was so amazing and gave a full luxury experience with great attention to detail. my nails are so perfect and symmetrical and i love them.

This place was VERY clean and professional. No ghetto situations. ALL tools were clean and sterilized after use. My pedicure tools were out of a NEW bag even ☺ Plenty of stations for nails and feet on both sides of store. I was very pleased. And the massage chair was the best one I've set in- honestly made me feel pampered without going to a full service spa. 👑😉✨

This place is great! They were able to get me in on a Saturday (I called in the afternoon and made an evening appointment). I got a no chip manicure and regular polish pedicure. The woman was super nice, efficient and did a great job on my nails.

I never go anywhere else! It's always a perfect job and my nails last long. Very professional, friendly, and clean nail shop! Been going only here for years.

I stopped here yesterday and I asked if they had the dipping powder and they were able to get me in right away. The technician was very nice and did a good job. I was a little bummed when I left and the color was a little bit blotchy and the shimmer specks weren’t even throughout the nail. I do believe that this is because of the powder, not the technicians fault. but after spending $45, I wanted to be in love with my nails. today, I stopped in to see what they could do to try to fix it. the owner or manager was very attentive and listened to my concerns. she was so friendly and she graciously added two layers to my nail (in a different color) and they look flawless. I am so happy to have found my new “go to” nail place. I will absolutely return and recommend to everyone I know

I have been going to this LyLy Nails for almost three years. Everyone is very professional, kind and inviting. They have lots of colors and always are able to color match a design that I find online. I go to one person and two backups if she's not available (I usually set appointments). I've gotten my brows waxed, nails and feet done. I would high recommend.

Everyone in the shop does a great job. The owner is extremely nice and very professional. I have never been dissatisfied with any of the bail technicians.

Yay!! This is my favorite place to go! Everyone is friendly and attentive right away. They offer multiple pedicures which are always amazing and clean. Tiffany always does my nails and sometimes my requests are a little out there but she happily complies with a little chuckle. Tammy does my pedicure because her massage is of the wall relaxing. Also I like her because I like to sit and relax with no chit chat and she's perfect for that! :-) absolutely recommend.

I have gone to Ly Ly Nails & Spa when in the Bayshore area for nails, pedicures, and waxing. The staff is welcoming, especially because we've built a friendly relationship --they always greet me cheerfully as one of their regular customers. They've provided repair services when I needed it on the spot and I believe they strive to make their customers happy and pleased with their services. As with many of the nail salons that are not part of a larger, establish hair & beauty salon, they provide a reasonably priced service for that part of the niche market.
The owners/staff are not alwaysheritage English Language speakers, and in my years of working in ELL services, I understand the language and cultural differences that can sometimes be awkward. However, understanding this and appreciating that Ly Ly Nails has hard-working people providing a service that I appreciate -- then it adds to the overall enjoyment of my experience. They are very open to wanting to provide customer satisfaction, so if you are less than happy with your experience or results, just talk to them respectfully and let them know.

Pedicure is always good. Minimal wait time. Staff is professional and friendly without being overly chatty. The facilities are clean. I feel comfortable receiving services at LyLy Bayshore.

I love Ly Ly nails Bayshore! Every time I come, the place is always clean and does not smell like the typical nail salon. The staff works really hard and makes sure everyone leaves satisfied. Ly Ly nails Bayshore is the only place I go to get my nails done.
