Unbelievable! Worst realty company we have EVER dealt with! Submitted an offer after trying to get ahold of someone here for 2 days who had a listing posted for a house. For 1 week after the posting I could only get ahold of the lady ONCE to hear back about acceptance or denial of the offer. The lady Michelle who wrote the offer is short and says she is too busy to talk the only time I could reach her after submitting the offer. We were waiting a week to hear back and wanted to submit an offer on another house with a better company and retract the offer with Michelle because the lack of communication and left in doubt about the acceptance of our offer. I called the main office in Springfield and all I get is a VOICEMAIL. And when I try to call Michelle, it's a voice-mail EVERY SINGLE DAY! Won't return calls or texts ever!! This is unbelievably the worse realty office I've ever dealt with!
