Loved the great professional and personal experience from store employee Kyle! It's hasn't been my initiative to speak openly about any particular type of service, but this gentleman has been a huge inspiration to me in terms of over-the-top service!! Every company, business and service needs a Kyle on there staff!!

Alex at the West Allis Verizon store is absolutely fantastic to work with. He is very knowledgeable, very professional and very polite. I bought a new smart phone and Version service. I'm in my mid sixties and have not upgraded my phone in 8 years. Alex was super helpful in getting me the new phone and service plan I wanted, and in getting me everything set up and transferred to my new phone. I am not a tech head and have no desire to be one. Thanks to Alex I didn't need to be. I told him what I wanted in layman's terms and he took care of it all for me. Very positive experience. Thank you Alex! JLA

Kyle was very helpful! The service was quick and he took care of everything we needed. He worked hard to find us the best deals. He was working with another customer too and was patient with both of us and managed to work both of us at the same time. This is the second time Kyle has helped us and we were highly satisfied with both visits!

I just wanted to tell you how amazing the staff is at this Verizon store were amazing. They helped me set up another phone for my grandson. They were fast, smart, answered every question. They saved me money. These guys are Treaver and Alex. I never had a better experience than what they provided. Definitely ask for them if you need a new phone. Best Ever!
