AT&T Store

I went in to replace my older phone with a newer model. Kaitlyn was helpful, calm, kind, and professional. She took her time to answer all of our questions, and helped us get the best products for our needs. There are other ATT&T locations closer to our house, but we have had such great experiences at this location, so we keep coming back.

I just went to this store to trade in my old phone for the new IPhone 15 Pro and Isaiah and Kaitlyn both helped with me that process. Isaiah got my phone switched over and made the process so easy and painless for me. They both explained to me the differences between the iPhone and the android, as well as the pros and cons of each. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable about each product and I was so impressed with how much they knew. They were also extremely friendly and really nice to talk to. Overall, it was a great experience and nothing like the usual frustration a visit to the phone store or dealing with changing technology can bring.

This has been one of the best in store customer service that I’ve received here at the West Allis AT&T.

Kaitlyn helped out tremendously and she was even able to attend to multiple customers while still maintaining exquisite service! This will for sure be the AT&T store of choice and it is much appreciated to feel understood, and especially appreciated while in a store. Especially a phone store where typically it takes a long time. Again huge shoutout to Kaitlyn here she was amazing and is an amazing asset for AT&T to have on their team!

My son and I visited the West Allis, WI location. We were assisted by a kind and very capable person named Kaitlyn ( the manager).
Working with someone so in tune with the merchandise, leads to a very pleasant experience. I have purchased the new iPhone 15 promax. And couldn't be more excited.
We wish Kaitlyn a great future with AT&T and in life.

My Visit at this location was one of the more memorable customer service experiences by far. Kaitlyn took care of my issue and concerns and offered to have me reach back out if needed. Thank you!

Kaitlyn, and Isaiah are the hood ornament of this location. Everytime we come we're tested like family.

This store has gotten SO MUCH better with the new store manager. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and so helpful. This is the best store I've ever been to, a side from pet smart... (Well, cuz i like birds.) However, for exceptional customer service, with cell phones, tv, and fiber. HANDS down, the BEST. Give this young lady a raise!!

I had purchased a new iPhone from the Apple Store a few days ago and completely lost my carrier service. It was 1/2 hour before the store was going to close and the only tech in the store was already helping another customer. I waited cuz I had no service and the tech,James, provided the best customer service. He was able to reconnect my service. Reboot my new phone from my old phone with no problems at all. He explained more things about the service and phone than Apple people did! He stayed a bit over an hour after the store closed to be sure my phone was connected and working properly! Who does that anymore?! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided.

Ciera was the BEST!! So patient and knowledgeable. Never got stressed even though she was the only person there and more customers came in. Gave us as much time as we needed. We never felt pressured. Great service.

Service person in the store was very helpful and courteous

My family and I stopped in at the location to switch companies. We were transferring from US Cellular! Kaitlyn was very nice, knowledgeable and understanding. She answered all of our questions in great detail. She made sure that we were getting the best deals possible for our money! We were not in any way, shape or form dissatisfied when we left. She made sure we had all of the information needed before we left the store. I would recommend having her assist you when coming to this location!

I had a seemingly minor issue with trying to set up my voicemail on my new (cheap) phone. After 40 minutes online (not this store) with ATT chat and 3 levels of tech support - they couldn't fix the problem. So I stopped in this store. James - the manager - was Fantastic!! He fixed the issue in 2 minutes! Come to this store for all your AT&T needs.

James was fantastic, helpful, funny and extremely knowledgeable. You need to reward him with a nice raise. One, two, three and he fixed the problem i had on my phone for weeks. As a grandma and very illiterate when it comes to technology it's so great to be able to rely on an ATT Store with reliable workers. Brady even helped me with computer questions.

We had wonderful service. Kaitlyn was amazing. It was a. Very positive experience.
