Fantastic service, prompt, and professional! Mike winched us out of our stuck situation on a Sunday evening (instead of ignoring our after hours call to enjoy dinner with family, or declining as our road service did after a 2.5 hour wait for their technician).

Awesome job! Best in town. Can’t even tell a new door was put on.

I won't go into detail, but I was in a traffic crash with my truck and travel trailer. My vehicle went over the side of the mountain. I was ok but pretty much lost all my personal belongings.
This wrecker service pooled their resources, and recovered my most valuable possessions, and worked over 4 hours doing it.
Two days after the crash, they arranged to meet with and 3 men helped me once again sort thru the debris and find a lot more.
They are my true heros.

Backed into a ditch on Courthouse Gap. AAA told me it would be 4 hours - Jeff was there in 15 minutes and pulled us out in 10.. So grateful he was willing to come right out and he knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you to Jeff and Mike's Body Shop!

Rolled on my side off the road on a forest service road, had to get a ride to town for cell service. Mike dropped everything, picked me up in town and pulled me back on the road no issues. Would recommend.

He came out at 11pm to get my truck after an accident. Was helpful after while I waited for the insurance company

Minor body work.

A most unfortunate "snow" job. Even after we had explained that we were seeking a tow with our AAA membership, he had insisted & promised that he would not charge for towing. He kept the vehicle for some time and did nothing towards repair. Of course he charged for the towing.

----They were totally on the ball. Part of our driveway collapsed after Hurricane Zeta and my son's car slid sideways into a tree. We were advised by our local agent to get it towed before there could be any further movement or damage. Jeff was able to get it out with his skills & knowledge of the terrain. Very professional, punctual, and provided a great service.

I wish I could give this place no stars. Poor customer service and an extreme attitude over the phone. We stopped at the gas station to get gas and noticed a group of gentlemen riding their motorcycles. One older, somewhere in his late 60"s early 70's, was having bike trouble so I started searching google for any repair shops close by. Unfortunately I called this place to see if he could help even if it was pointing us in the right direction of who could be open on a Sunday to help this guy out. He immediately said "I dont do mechanics, didnt you read the name when you called the number". Yea, I did but your shop was the only one open can you.... silence on the other end because the p.o.s. hung up.

Warning. Know who's towing your vehicle. Recently had a vehicle towed by this company. After picking up vehicle in gated lot and arriving home. We checked oil and water. After raising hood I noticed radiator was loose. The mounting brackets bolts and brackets for air cleaner were all missing. The hood release is inside the car. There was no forced entry. Be careful.
