Great car buying experience. Mitchell was extremely patient with me as I had trouble deciding on which car to buy. I knew I wanted a manual, but I didn’t really know how to drive one lol. Mitchell actually took the time during the test drive to show me the basics in an empty parking lot. It made me feel very comfortable in the decision of buying the new car. If you guys come to this location for a new car, definitely request Mitchell’s help. Super chill guy

Simple. Reasonable. Their offer was well over the stealers and reasonably lower than private party. There was absolutely no pressure to accept. The 7 day offer guarantee gave me time to make a logical decision and you can even use the quote to bargain with another dealer. I'm 52 and have bought and traded in many cars. A great experience.

Fantastic experience. In 45 years of buying/selling vehicles, I have never had a better experience from the friendly greatting upon entering the store on my first visit to my exiting the store with my new to vehicle. Great group of people to deal with.

They honor their warranties too. First 30 days had a couple of minor issues. They corrected the issues, no questions asked, quality work too and super friendly service.

When I went in looking for a vehicle, I had one specifically in mind. After talking to Todd and him asking why I wanted that particular vehicle I told him what I needed. He gave me other options that would fit my needs and we found a vehicle that suited my needs better than I had originally picked.
The purchase was easy.
After I got it home we realized a head light was broken. We contacted CarMax and the ordered the part and fixed it in a very timely manner.
We had leather seats installed and that went very smoothly also! Love the new seats.
Any time we’ve gone in or phoned they have always been polite and helpful.

I've been buying cars for 40 years. Trading in has always been a nightmare because of the added wiggle room for a dealer to change your deal at signing to increase their profit/commission gap. And the opportunity to change the financing when signing.

With CarMax, there is no haggle- disarming at first. But they give you straight Edmonds blue book. Both ways. It's all above board. I'll never go anywhere else.

Note. You can even make a deal just for the high trade-in offers. Work the deal, get a check, and walk away. They are amazing! Finally. I'm not mad at my car dealer. If you don't believe me, it doesn't hurt to try by running things through online. And if I'm wrong, then post it here. Life is too short to waste your time car shopping.💃

Great experience. Had my car appraised with my quote valid for 7 days. Came back and sold my car in 45mins, with easy process.
One suggestion would be, if associate can verify all documents to make sure when the person comes back to sell the car they have everything they need. I was missing a document and had to drive back and come back on the day of selling my car. Overall great experience.

My experience was great fast and personable. Everyone was nice from the person that help completed documents before going into office. The closer was amazing and explained everything through and through. I was able to get everything done online and do a express pick up. 2019 Equinox yay .

I absolutely loved my experience at carmax. There was no pressure to buy and the staff was and still is great to work with. The selection of cars is wonderful. I would recommend carmax to anybody looking to purchase a car. The picture is my husband with our new car.

I highly recommend choosing your car from Carmax. My husband and I went to this location on a Saturday to look at all the cars on their lot and found a few we really likes in our budget. Came back Monday to purchase a car, unfortunately all the ones we liked were already sold. Our two sale guys, Todd and Clayton, were super helpful. They picked me a car that I absolutely loved. The process was super quick and easy! Definitely buying from them for the future.

Great experience. Was there less than 2 hours to look at a vehicle, paperwork and driving it home. Definitely recommend to anyone that is wanting to purchase a vehicle.

Very good experience
30 days return policy was the key for me to have a peace of mins. No price haggling also helped making the experience better, knowing that you are getting the same fixed price as anyone else.

They were also nice to take care of some minor scratches and re-did the window tinting on the used car I purchased.

I think most of their used cars also comes with new tires and quality check.

Overall a very good experience.

I had a chip in my window so Carmax set up an appointment for me and Matt with Safelight did a great job and was very easy to work with.

Received offer on line for my car. Took car to a local. They inspected the car to confirm my description of it's condition. With that done, I was given a check for the amount of the offer. All employees were pleasant. The transaction went quickly without any hassle.
