Amazing office! Dr McDonald is very knowledgeable and truly cares for each patient. He took the time to sit and talk and listen to my issue. Jamie and Mary greeted me with smiles when I walked in and went over my treatment plan so there were no surprises. John is an awesome hygienist and has a very gentle touch. The dental assistants Ashley and Kara took great care of my son during his wisdom teeth extraction! Cheryl is a staple at the office and stopped in to introduce herself so I got to meet the entire team. Highly recommend Modern Touch Dental!

Nothing but great things to say about the entire team at Modern Touch Dental! Dr McDonald is incredible! I don’t even leave reviews on sites very much but with dentistry, I felt like it’s very important to say they are the top of their field. Jamie and Mary at the front office are so nice and welcoming too! I’ve had a lot of work/issues done throughout my whole life on my teeth, and it feels refreshing to finally find such an incredible doctor, and team! I’m one of those who patients that had a very tough time with bad dentists while growing up, so feeling comfortable is VERY important.

I’ve tried a number of dentists (when living out of state) and relieved to have found Dr McDonald when moving back home to Wisconsin. I’ve already had to have multiple crowns, and he did an incredible job, all with care and being gentle. Him and the team are so kind, and always listen. Never feeling rushed, or like ‘just another patient’. I can’t recommend Modern Touch Dental enough. If you are looking for the right dentist, look no further!

I have been seeing Cheryl at Modern Touch Dental in Glendale for over 25 years and I can’t imagine having anybody else clean my teeth. She is warm, friendly and alleviates any anxiety about going to the “dentist”. Cheryl knows my teeth and dental history and is always quick to notice any changes and immediately brings the concern to the attention of Dr. McDonald who I always look forward to seeing. I am frequently told that I have beautiful teeth and I owe it all too Dr. McDonald and Cheryl.

Had a great experience with John for my deep cleaning today! Everyone at the office was professional and full of smiles. Despite my shaking and nervousness, John was very gentle and soothing. His extensive knowledge about gum health and care confirmed I was in good hands. Cant wait to see him again.

My appointment at modern touch dental was a lot better than expected. Dr. McDonald took his time and thoroughly explained everything. Dr. McDonald is very gentle with giving anesthetic, was painless. Also Ashley that was assisting Dr. McDonald was very polite and gentle. I had an overall good experience.

I have been coming to Modern Touch Dental for years! Cheryl, Dr. McDonald, Jamie and crew are wonderful. Cheryl has been my hygienist for 15 years. Her compassion, friendliness and bed side manner are outstanding. Dr. McDonald is one of the best and I am so thankful for them and the rest. I recently cracked a tooth, two days before flying to Europe for the Holidays. The very helpful and professional team at Modern Touch Dental arranged for me to be seen that same day. I received a temporary crown for the two weeks of my travel, with a permanent crown fitted immediately upon return. Modern Touch saved my trip, and I highly recommend their services.

I went to my first appointment at Modern Touch Dental two weeks ago, and had my first filling there this morning. I am so pleased with my experience, both as a new patient and returning for a procedure. Dr. McDonald did an incredible job; the filling was done quickly, expertly, and completely without pain! I was really nervous (been a few years since my last cavity), but I definitely didn't need to be. Also definitely deserving of mention: Cheryl, the hygienist, who gave me the most thorough and also painless cleaning I think I've ever had, and Amber, the dental assistant who was so kind and put me at ease before helping Dr. McDonald with my filling. Everyone, from the friendly receptionist to the efficient check-out staff, made this quick, painless, and easy. I will definitely be sending my friends and family here from now on!

Dr. McDonald is extremely nice and thorough. He does not rush through your appointment. The staff is knowledgeable and very nice.

The waiting room and dental chairs are surrounded by large picture windows, modern decor, modern dental equipment as well as upbeat staff who love to sing! Excellent experience!

What a pleasure. Crown was done in a day. Not like the old days of a temporary crown and coming back for a second visit. Modern touch lived up to its name. Ashley is Awesome
