We love 5 Guys. Fresh. Hot and the Cajun fries are yummy.

Great fast food burgers. It's basic, but fully customizable and always cooked to perfection. The fries are huge. I highly recommend just one order for the whole table. A large will easily feed 4.

I was quite impressed with their service. I don't know what they do to their fries, but I could not get enough. They were quick to serve and had a friendly smile to go along. I am kinda glad that the first place was too lazy to deal with the bus load, or we wouldn't have had the opportunity to be treated like we were appreciated.

Not the restaurant's fault for high prices, but the food was very good. Portions were smaller than they used to be. Very clean restaurant. They are quick getting the orders out.

Fries 🍟 were huge and very hott. Burger had everything I could ask for on it. Restaurant was very clean and every one was polite and helpful 👌

Guys were super friendly and the food was hot, fresh and tasted great. Another great experience! Highly recommend

Haven't eaten here since the pandemic started. I'm very proud of what they've done to help keep everyone safe. Kitchen is surrounded with sheets of plastic barrier, every other table is marked off to not use, and the tables that are in use have paper towels and cleaner at them if you wish to use them before or after you eat. Also using a new cup for refills.

Easily the best burgers in Springfield. Bit pricey, but definitely worth it. Would highly recommend to tourists and locals alike.

Great staff! Great customer service. They were super friendly and helpful with serving sizes and making sure the meal was fresh and even came up to talk to us after the shift.
We got the bacon cheese burger and medium fries and large drink. We split it between 2 of us and were full. It was great quality and fresh!

My wife and I got the regular cheese burger and it was great. Turned out to be a double cheeseburger. She and I barely ate all of it. We'll get what's called the little cheeseburger next time. Also, the employees are very generous with the amount of fries you get. They're actually trained to give you more than you expect. This is a good business with good employees.

The GM at the north location is 1 in a million. A few months back I called about a “hard bun” and he was so apologetic. I was t looking for any discount or a refund. I’ve worked in a kitcken for the past 15yrs, I know how things can go sometimes. Today I revisited the north location and he remembered who I was. He made sure my order was perfect and some. The only reason I eat five guys is because of this GM. I’ve been to the location at the mall and they are never up to par. They have more excuses than they do guests. Jeff Offet, if you read this. Your GM at the both locations needs a raise

Great welcome and excellent customerservice. My food was tasty but me and my daughters burgers were pink on the inside. That has never happened before. I still give them 5 stars even though our burgers weren't as done as usual. Fries were yummy as always and there was plenty enough to share.

Man, between this place and whataburger it's a tough call as to who I would say is my favorite burger place. I can't say a bad word about 5 guys, they have great food and you definitely get what you pay for! I will definitely continue to come in for a great burger!

I didn’t actually buy anything here tonight, I just wanted to leave a review because I picked up a to-go order to deliver through Grubhub, and I was treated so well by the staff I just wanted to say thanks for the great customer service! First time since I started doing deliveries a couple months ago that I was offered a drink and a snack while I waited, very thoughtful staff. I was very pleased with my experience here 10/10 :)

Great place for a quick bite to eat. They are always fast, fresh, cooked to order and very good! If you order fries, they put extra in the bag and so good. I have never been disappointed with a Five Guys.

Delicious food! A little on the pricey side when looking at menu board, but after getting our food, it was totally worth the price! This is not your every day, run of the mill hamburger place. Quality and quantity were both worth every cent we spent on our meals. And the staff were so kind and friendly. I'm not sure if he was a manager, supervisor or cook as he'd taken our order, worked in the kitchen and also came to our table to make sure we were satisfied with our food and if he could get us anything else, but this employee went above and beyond with his customer service. Hands down the Best hamburger restuarant I've ever been to!

They serve great fresh burgers stuffed full of goodness. The type that runs down your arms when you bite into it. Great fresh made fries and if that's not enough all the fresh peanuts you can eat. Great place for a good burger
