Burger King

We went here on 3/10/24. The staff was so nice and extremely professional. Our service was fast and our burgers were beautifully prepared, almost like the pictures. The burgers were some of the best we ever had and our fries were super hot. The restaurant was really clean as well. If you haven't been here in a while, it would be worth your time to eat here now. Also, if you have the app, there are great discounts.

I went inside on 3/19/24, Madison was taking orders on drive through and helping with the inside orders too. She made sure I was greeted and promptly served with a smile! Such a great experience and atmosphere at this location. I will be back.

Savannah was really helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Her presence was very inviting and comforting which isn’t something that I expect when I order fast food. So sweet and so kind, so much so that I tipped her $10 🫶🏾. Thank you for having such a great crew member!!

Skylar runs that store like a ROCKSTAR! What can’t that woman do? Each time I’ve been in the store I have heard her coach her team members in the most patient and kind way! I can tell that she expects them to keep the store looking nice, y’all are doing a great job! If you are hungry stop by and visit.

I am AMAZED at the mannerism and professionalism of Bree. We went through the drive through and when we got to the window, she was exceptional. Our food was great with zero complaints. Skylar is an incredible manager and Bree is a young woman that will make any parent proud!!!!

I've had a lot of issues with this location since opening however, at my latest visit this week they were awesome!! I think they've made some changes! Give them a try now...3-21-24

I came here with my husband for breakfast today and it’s been amazing! The service was fast and friendly, the food was cooked and packaged fresh, and true to the name fast food service, we were in and out in about 15 minutes. The general manager is an absolute peach! Super friendly, clearly knows her work and her workplace, and had a damn good team she was working with! Highly recommend this location!

Finally! The new staff has recovered what used to be a total train wreck of a BK. It was beyond broken. I had stopped trying to get food here previously as there was continuously some problem or something wrong and the drive through always took forever to get anything. People routinely would leave the line, behind me. Nice to finally see some friendly people that actually know what they are doing, here in Dallas.

I stopped going to this location for quite some time. But started going back after new management and staff came in. Everyone seems to work hard and have good work ethic. Karolyn is always polite and efficient.

Visited on 2/28 the cashier Savannah was probably the best cashier they have. Very polite and had a smile on her face. Most of times we came the other cashier's were rude and very slow .

I quit going there a little over a year ago because service was bad and orders were always wrong. Not to mention many times they would be closed.

However I’ve gone twice in past month or two and both times had excellent service, order was right and food was good.

My experience here was well beyond a 5. The staff were all smiles and friendly (makes you wanna spend your money there). The food was hot and correct. The smiles and friendly staff goes along ways!!!

Kira was soooooo kind to me. She gives the best customer service. Food was soooo amazing. I recommend going to this location if you want a bite to eat. Kira goes above an beyond and I appreciate that. There store is clean and comfortable.

Store was gorgeous. The staff is amazing and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. I also met the general manager sky. Overall a pleasant experience

Chris showed me excellent and exceptional service today when I came to pick up lunch through the drive thru. He was incredibly kind when checking me out and even manned both drive thru windows while two other gentle men made my meal while getting my drink prepared after checking me out too.
Chris was very kind and we need more workers like him in this world. May everyone who come here please be extra kind to Chris.

Went through today and met Madison today! She was lovely and so so sweet! My food was amazing!

Very friendly drive thru staff. Savannah was very sweet. Had my order up and ready to go quickly as well.

Food was made super fast and fresh. Seeing Skylar every day makes me so happy. She always makes me leave with a smile!

the drive thru lady savannah is one of a kind. I truly believe she is what more jobs need. she is always upkeptm. she keeps the lines moving she makes sure you have all that you need before driving off.

i had a great experience at this burger king ! Everyone was polite and an employee named torrien made sure all my food was correct and there were no inconveniences.
