Good selection of items at this store. The ladies are helpful and kind. They also care for some community cats and keep them fixed, vaccinated and fed. Love that they support the local CATOs! Makes me love the store even more.

I enjoy this store very much. The store manager, Tarra is super nice and helpful. The staff is awesome too. Im a regular shopper since this store opened up back in 1980 (well, around this time).

The dressing rooms are closed so I bought a bunch of stuff I liked and brought it home to try on. They told me I could return any items that didn't fit as long as the tags were still on them. That worked out great cause I could try on the clothes and also match up with items from my closest. I kept 7 of 14 items and when I returned them today I found 8 more to bring home and try. The clothes are cute and much of the store has been marked down. Such a deal!

Fashionable. Had to return some items and had no problems. There was a couple employees working that seemed loud and a bit much and not a lot of working. Those employees I didn't see again.

Nice up to date fashions at great prices. Always has a great selection of clearance that will fit anyones budget. The ladies that work there are so sweet and so willing to help you find whatever you are looking for!!

Not being Allowed to try on clothes is maddening, I can touch Every Piece in there but can't try it on? Won't buy here again until I can try it on!
Before the Pandemic it was a Great store for Women's clothes! Fit nice and Beautiful selection!

I love our Dallas Cato. It is one of the most well managed retail establishments I've shopped. The merchandise is always well displayed and merchandised in various ways to encourage wardrobe building. The manager, Tora, has had this store for many years and knows her clientele by name. Her staff seem to get on well with her and are very helpful and plant to deal with. It does trickle down from the top. This is one of the largest Cato floor plans and, while we also have Marshall's, Ross, JCP, etc., I find myself more regularly checking into Cato for fresh, new finds. I love this store. 😍😊😁

Love the clothes! Love the prices! Love the service! Every time I walk in the door of any Catos I am greeted and helped to find what I need. Job hunting outfits, first date outfit, graduation you name it they will help you find the one that you love.

Have shopped at the Dallas store since it opened. Have always found attractive clothing as long as you look to put things together. I bought $260 worth of merchandise in Jan and were returning approximately $80 worth of these items. Approximately $28 of which I had paid cash. The receipt for the majority was in the bag, I was looking for the cash receipt in my wallet the two employees didn't want to give me that few minutes and implied I was trying to be dishonest and I gave them all the returned items told them to keep the $80 plus of merchandise and I would never shop in that store again. It frankly didn't make any difference to them. I told them to keep it as a donation.

Excellent customer service with Erin and Turo(?) They really helped my 81 year old mother find pieces that worked for her and thru were really patient with us.

Cato is the best. I can always walk straight in and know my size. Other stores sizes are just a range.
