Big Lots

Wonderful clerks very help and assisted me with reaching a vacuum and case of water, then lifted into my basket. A clerk also asked if I would like assistance out to my car and he unloaded my purchases onto my car. All the clerks today were very friendly and polite.

I went to Big Lots for a pickup order. The pickup order was an easy process! I ended up walking around the store and I found a variety of advent calendars and regular calendars.

The staff are always super sweet here and I can get most things I buy a little cheaper. They also sell really cute dog clothes. Just be cautious on food and drink items because it's common for them to be expired.

There was some confusion about a Xmas item price Ozzie a manager was very helpful and friendly I shop there along he is very hard worker thank u

Great selection of home products, furniture and decor at affordable prices

In looking for Easter decorations. Not a bad selection, but Hobby Lobby is next door, so going all out is rather pointless.
Tidy store. Nice folks.

First of all I'm so glad about the remodel! Secondly, I received exceptional& accurate customer service from the associates in 2 ways. 1) I phoned to see if they had a particular item before I arrived & the 2 associates were very helpful & knowledgeable. 2) While in the section searching for said item, an associate was stocking, asked if I needed assistance& pointed me right to it! As always I found other great deals throughout the store easily. This trip eliminated 2 additional trips to other stores I prematurely assumed I had to go afterwards.

Absolutely an awesome team at this location. Furniture and Bedding center associate was extremely helpful, got everything we needed together, checked out and loaded in our truck. Very friendly and welcoming. Wish all shopping experiences were like this. New to the area and will most likely check here first before shopping elsewhere.

Called and spoke with Morgan in the furniture Dept. He checked inventory and priced the pieces I was looking for. We showed up at the store and he helped us greatly told us about the reward card as well. We signed up for the reward card and it saved us a bunch of money. Overall great experience purchasing the products from Big Lots in Dallas. Thanks for your help Morgan!

This place has a variety of items at a discounted price. I went for a kitchen table, which is still out of stock. My reason for the 5 is because of the customer service. Robert in the furniture department is awesome! He is the reason, I don't go somewhere else, and just buy a table. I like that he truly wants to help. Thank you Robert for your kindness!😁

Morgan is the absolute man!!! My girlfriend and I just bought our first place and we were checking out two minutes before closing because we have been so busy and didn’t even have pots and pans. Not only did Morgan greet us so welcoming but he made our entire week even in the middle of a pandemic. I wish everyone was as kind and as genuine as he was. Best customer service I’ve ever had. I will come to this store as often as i can just for the customer service i got tonight, not to mention they have amazing stuff. Thank you for being you Morgan!

I absolutely love coming to this location! The staff is always extremely helpful and welcoming. The store is always well stocked and organized. I love that the prices are very reasonable!

Great store, had a lot of items that I didn't expect them to have, therefore, I bought more than the one thing I went there for. I'll be going again; they have good discounts and prices too!

Love this place........they have great deals on food items and garden supplies, which is mainly why I go.... sometimes they have some "steals" too, on other items. Convenient for me, too. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience there and I have been going for years.

Can always find deals in here also if some things I don't buy but certain things I do like Epsom salt shampoo deodorant Etc

The management and ALL of the support staff are first class. Congenial and willing to go that extra " mile" to accommodate. Prices are reasonable and they have a wide variety of merchandise. They should realize as time goes on, COSTCO will be building in the Dallas area and many of their EXCELLENT employees will go to higher ground( so to speak.)

I was really impressed at the layout of the store. Clean and easy to find products. The sales associates were friendly and helpful!

The most reasonable and nice-looking patio furniture I've been able to find--including Wayfair, Home Depot, Sam's and Wal-Mart. The store was able to set aside what I'd picked out and allow me to come back later to pick up the set. Would suggest looking there first!
