Gabby and the rest of the Krispy Kreme team in West Allis on the evening of 10/24/23 were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to help me find just the right donuts for my birthday treat project for the next day and they even helped me find a coupon when things were getting outside my price range! I really appreciated the great service and friendly attitudes! And my coworkers loved the vampire/monster donut treats the next day! Thank you!

We usually travel from outta town and stop by here after dr appointments. We are huge Krispy kreme fans general but the employees at this store are always so nice and kind to us. They are great !

If u can make it inside during the golden hour, u can see the machines churning. The room filling with that sugar vanilla scent. Your tastbuds make u salivate on the memory of the pillow soft texture softly breaking with the first tentative bite. It's warm, delicious, and makes u think of fairy cake. As it disintegrates in your mouth, u can't help but smile but feel the sugar rush overwhelming until u take the first gulp of vitamin D milk, such bliss.I love Krispy Kreme donuts. Alas, the only negatives I have is the lobby is never open. Hopefully in the future it will change.

Great service every time I’ve gone. Only gone like 5 times but it was good service all five times lol
They were pretty efficient with my order and didn’t get it wrong. Employees aren’t friendly but they’re not rude either. Which is fine by me :) they’re professional so that’s good.
Donuts seem well made and were tasty

The staff at this location were so nice! My daughter even gave them a hug. The donuts were very fresh and my daughter enjoyed watching them be made.

Krispy Kreme is the BEST! A group before us must have just purchased 20 dozen doughnuts. I felt out of place only ordering 3 😁

Some of the best doughnuts in the area, plenty of flavor options. Sucks that there so short staffed that the inside is closed and they have to remove some flavors

The Ladies at the counter were super sweet and even gave out free samples. Kris's Kreme is always a win.

Staff was very friendly and donuts were delicious & fresh ! The inside wasn’t open but the drive through was and the service was quick ! They also had everything me and my husband wanted on the menu (: We will be returning to this location.

Store close for walk in went thru drive thru service was great and fast.

Keep this location open by supporting it. I've had two locations closer to me close down for lack of business so I MAKE SURE to ALWAYS go to this location when I'm in the area. They always have the best donuts with the cutest designs for holidays.

I always love these fresh doughnuts every time I come. I also had an issue with my reward on the app and the store manager ( Ms. Paulina) called me to resolve my issue. I thank her for her utmost professionalism in this matter. For that, I am always coming back.

Today was by far, the best experience I’ve ever had at this location. Definitely an improvement from other times - hopeful for this location as it’s the only one in the area. Donuts were fresh and delicious.

What is ever bad about Krispy Kreme? I've only been disappointed once and that was this past National Doughnut Day,.. they were out of glazed and almost every other doughnut by 5pm, only mini D's left. That was a drag. But I'll be back.

Pulled in the drive thru 10 minutes before closing and the staff couldn’t have been nicer!
