Andrew and Aimee Served up some of the best food my wife and I had in a long time. Eye highly recommend this location. Hot and fresh food .

Food was delicious!!

Bathroom were clean !
Tables were clean!
All condiments were at reach.
The soda machine was clean!
The sweet tea was awesome!!!!
I enjoyed my visit! The crew went above and beyond take make sure all the guest were taking care of! I will be back!!!

I have been in and experienced the young man Rae helping out with customers orders and I commend Rae for the polite and genuine compassion shown when helping customers. Once I saw Rae helping an older couple who was confused about a specific coupon they had. Rae took time to explain the coupon and made sure they were accepting of what it offered.

Very nice staff and restaurant was clean. The food was hot and fresh. Very good

So tonight 11/15/2023

Waited 20minutes in drive thru line, fine. Then get my order and the fries I ordered aren't in there. I go in, they have to cook them. Lady in window wasn't pleasant but that can't be controlled.

Visit 3/2/2023 5:20PM CST; This visit was an absolutely fantastic dine-in experience. The cashier (Westly, as printed on our receipt) Hope that was his name, had such a welcoming, pleasant and positive demeaner. From ordering, getting our food delivered at our table, to walking out the door this young man made you feel like coming here every night for dinner. There were 6 of us in our party including a 3 and 10 year-old. Food wise, for some reason, all the side items were cooler than you would expect but eatable. We were all starving so that wasn't too bad. Main items were hot as expected. I know it's been over a year since we went to Captain D's , But when you have a service person as outgoing and friendly as their inside cashier was, the whole experience is just so memorable you'll end up not waiting that long for the next visit.

Service was fast and employees were friendly especially the cashier. I gave 4 stars for food because my broccoli was a little under cooked for me but it was still good, the butterfly shrimp was small but at a really good price.

This Captain D's has the most delicious food. I drive for 30 minutes to that particular one. At this time, July 17th, 2022, the dining area is closed. The drive-thru is open. The parking area is open. The green beans are delicious however, they add raw bacon. This I don't like.

New manager has really changed this location for the better!!

The woman that took my order I think her name was marley was one of the best customer service representatives I've ever encountered. She was so polite and respectful about the 15 min wait if it wasn't for her I probably would of pulled away without getting my food because it was so busy. And I was tired of waiting but she apologized so much and made it seem like she really care I will return to this location just braces of her customer service

Love the food. Fills my belly which is hard to do. The people know service with a smile and make a welcoming atmosphere. Have been a patron for many years and will continue to do so.

My name is Louis my experience for this Captain D's in Dallas Georgia was the best they're dining room was open I went to two other Captain D's in area and they didn't even have a closed sign and didn't even have a sign that to drive through was open this one was in Austell Georgia and the other one was in Mableton Georgia will not go back to either one of them will stay in Dallas Georgia they are the best the food was great and the people serving and taking your order were great place was real clean

Came in on September 8,2020 in the middle of a rush line around the building but the 2 young men inside were awesome!! U could hear people being rude to them and they just kept smiling! The manager said that they were down 2 ppl but some of the most polite group of guys with everyone being so rude! Thanks y’all for some of the best service I’ve gotten in a long time!!

This location has improved so much. The staff is very attentive. The quality of the food, the taste of the food has been excellent. Keep up the great work and service. I'll keep coming back!

The giant catfish sandwich is good and so are the jalapeno poppers. UPDATE...WED. 10-26-22 CAPTAIN D'S JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER. Angela behind the counter was great! Those giant fish sandwiches are great! The okra was crispy like I requested. The pecan pie is good too! I'm starting to get confused on who's better... Captain D's or Long John Silver.

Good quality seafood here. In general, Captain D’s is well done. Even the batter dipped fish have much more fish than batter, which is fried to a crisp and not soggy.
In this shop, There is a young African-American man who we would like to commend for his efficient and friendly service in the night shift.

Did not hate. Gave 5 star. Best captain D's I've ever been in. Exceptionally clean. Customer service with the tops our order taker wish knew and was awesome polite very helpful!!! We're from Douglasville Georgia and we pray that Captain D's will rebuild on 92 highway in Douglasville soon we miss them

We have eaten at this location (Dallas Ga) every day for about a week now. Not only has the food been perfect but the customer service is outstanding! Every cashier has been extremely nice and friendly!! Hope they stay 🙂

Quiet, great staff and the gals working there are quite polite and helpful.
A very good place to go.
