La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Milwaukee Bayshore Area

We booked prior to reading the reviews. After reading the reviews, we were nervous upon arrival; however, we had a great experience. We were very satisfied especially with the price we payed. Our room was very clean, the employees were very nice, and the breakfast was very good. The a/c was working perfectly fine in our room as well.

Santos and Cassie at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay exceeded our expectations. The rooms are clean, well kept, and comfy. Breakfast is way beyond continental!

Cordial staff. Arrived without a reservation and two small dogs, and had no problem checking in or having an area to walk the girls. Pool is currently out of order, but someone who had reservations already was given the option to cancel without charge and go to another place. Good variety on the breakfast buffet.

I just need to say the staff is top notch. Customer Service oriented. If they can meet your wishes they will do whatever they can to meet them. The cleaning crew is respectful and very hard working. One of my more enjoyable places, the people and I love the setup of the king bed suite.

Overall a great room and great stay, but due to covid-19a lot was closed and I know I would have loved the full experience or the breakfast and pool. Cleaning he rooms every day has to be requested otherwise it wont happen. Very understandable. Rooms are very limited, but it's a pretty decent price for the room I got, which was a king on the fourth floor. I had no issues with checking in or checking out. And the staff were pretty nice enough to let me sit in the lobby forb for about 2 hrs after the mandatory check out at noon, until my car picked me up. I would come here again.

I had a fairly good experience here. The staff was pleasant, room was nice and the location is great. The in room coffee maker is a joke. Fortunately there is a 24 hour coffee machine in the buffet area that makes pretty good coffee.

Second visit:
Mostly the same as above but this visit should get 6 stars. Room was fantastic.

The reservation was quick and easy. The suite was very clean, well stocked, the bed was comfortable, blackout curtains, two televisions. One bit of advice however, whomever buys the furniture should actually sit in the chairs before buying. Terribly uncomfortable chair by the sofa; nice to look at but not to sit on. Would stay here again.

The Pool & my Room with the pool view was beautiful, great customer service. I received all promotions & discounted prices for my family's 3day stay for two suites. One of the front desk clerks stood out to me the most she made my stay awesome thanks Jonisha C. 10⭐s for you.

The rooms were very nice for a good price. Free access to swimming pool and 24 hour fitness center was a big plus. Dogs are allowed which is also a plus for me. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be returning!

Loved this hotel! My family and I stayed here in one of their luxurious suites. First of all, the staff was super friendly and helpful. When we were confused about where to go to eat, the guy told us of a few places near the hotel and a few to check out in downtown Milwaukee. We also needed some extra pillows and stuff, he was quick and efficient. Our suite was really nice. This hotel has been recently upgraded. The suite was huge! There was a front walk in area with a couch (with pull out bed), a chair, TV, and Desk. The hallway had a kitchenette, the really nice, huge bathroom and led into the room with the 2 double beds, a tv, and a view of the pool. It was nice and quite. Didn't hear our neighbors at all. The free breakfast is always a plus too! We loved staying here more than our second hotel that was supposed to be nicer. We would have preferred to stay here! Also, its close enough to Downtown Milwaukee. Only about 10-15 min. Also, in a nice area. Some parts of Milwaukee are bad. This was in a really safe nice area! Check out Kopp's custard and grill next door to this hotel. YUM!!!

Had a great experience here, the room was much bigger than I expected for the price I paid. The service was kind and fast moving, free parking and great breakfast. Pool closed a little early for my liking I think it was around 9pm, that's the only thing I would have chanced about the night. Everything else was perfect.

Large hot tub, perfect indoor pool. Breakfast was healthy and satisfying . The room was very good. Hvac system work great. Very happy with my stay.

Great hotel! Very classy decor in the lobby/breakfast area. Very clean hotel overall. Bed was a dream to sleep in! Very comfortable! Will stay here again on my next trip through.

For us the location was a big part for picking La Quinta Inn. And for a business traveler this is probably an okay choice for a night, but it doesn't make a good fit for a vacation trip. It is a little bit too run down for a really comfortable multi-day stay.

I frequently come to Milwaukee for nursing, lobby clean and updated. Front desk was very helpful with ideas for things to do in the area, and very warm and welcoming. I think her name was Samantha, she made my family feel like we were home away from home. Great job!

Great place to stay,clean,housekeeping is amazing and very friendly,they remember you and actually the executive housekeeper remembers you and what you like,will ask you when and if you have any requests for when you want your room cleaned! The pool is awesome,the fireplace is great, the lobby is so nice!

Room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was good although they didn't have eggs or sausage/ bacon. I love staying at LA Quinta.

I stayed at this LQ, for the second time in April 2015. As the last time, staff was very courteous and professional. Room was excellent, as well as the overall cost, for a suite with jacuzzi. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the excellent service!

I love old hotels like these. Feels homey and comfortable. A great location and it's kept very clean. The rooms are a decent size too.

Had a great time nice big rooms very clean and the service was awesome very nice people hands down I will be coming back soon
