Stan's Fit for Your Feet

Stan’s is the only place I go to for shoes because of a foot injury I sustained years ago in a car accident. Service is always good but Carlos is by far one of the most attentive, customer-centric, professional employees at Stan’s in Glendale. Given he’s in his 30’s & most of the women he assists are from 50-75, he is amazingly patient, understands foot problems, knows his stock & how the shoe brands should fit. He did not try to talk me into any shoe that wasn’t exactly right for me. He stretched a pair twice for me & now they are perfect. Carlos should train other employees in the service industry! The mgr. there is also extremely helpful, patient & professional!

I bought boots for my wife for Christmas. Greg Hornak helped me pick them out and recommended them. Turns out we had to get them from another store but Greg worked that all out in time for Christmas! He was great and knew his stuff. After Christmas, they didn't actually fit perfectly but Greg helped my wife by getting a different size and then on the day we picked them up, he went the extra mile to help make fit adjustments. The store is nice but Greg's attention to detail and service was top notch! Thanks Greg!

My Podiatrist recommended I try the Oofos brand of sandals. I was going to Mexico on vacation and stopped in to buy a pair, but my size was not on the display rack in the store. Joseph was so helpful and went into the storeroom to see if there was one in my size back there-- and there was! They fit great and I was very happy wearing them on my vacation! I'm wearing them now around my house. That is personalized service, thanks to Joseph!

Hubby and I went to Stans as recommended by by a nurse due to Plantar fasciitis and Akelius Tendinitis...yes stelletos didn't love me as much as I loved them.🤓 Any way....
Mark helped us select the proper shoes. Typically I would have just took the easier route and ordered off of Amaz..however I'm so glad I took the time to go to Stan's. Mark was awesome. We went in for 1 pair and left with 3 pairs. 5 stars for Mark he was patient and very knowledgeable

Stan's is a great place. I have purchased my shoes there since 1968.

Amazing customer service here. Carlos spent 40 minutes helping my special needs son find the perfect shoes. He tried multiple pairs, put him on a machine to test foot support, and fitted inserts. Then he added elastic laces so he can put on the shoes by himself easily. I feel like every time we come here, we get the best fit for our feet.

Carlos' great customer service won back a customer! My first experience at the Brookfield location was not the best and I was hesitant on returning. I went in last week and worked with Carlos at the Glendale location. He immediately greeted me when I walked in even while they were busy. He listened to my needs and my likes and brought out countless shoes for me to try. Carlos was patient, kind, fun, knowledgeable, and has great customer skills. He was busy with other customers but never made me feel sidelined. I can't even begin to explain how happy I am with my shoes. Carlos deserves major kudos for the great work he did.

Best, really only, great shoe store in Wisconsin. The selection of comfortable AND increasingly fun, stylish shoes is remarkable. Service and ease of shopping are a welcome bonus.

Best experience I have ever had at a shoe store. Excellent knowledgeable service. 4 out of 4 had my size (13) which never happened s anywhere. Very impressed and glad I found this place. I originally posted my review based on my initial experience with an employee at the store.When I brought in a defective pair of OR Clouds which had fallen apart at a seam, the manager told me there was nothing he could do.I had only worn these about 25 times around my neighborhood. That was his starting statement. It didn’t feel like he really cared about me being his customer for shoes that cost $145.00 purchased a few months ago. Finally after we discussed it more, he agreed to contact the manufacturer. If I’m out of luck, I would not continue as a customer. I have many shoes that are years old and haven’t ripped out at the pinkie toe as these have.
UPDATE, I was contacted by the store through email and phone call to tell me that I was going to get a full store credit toward anything I decided on. I went into Stan's and was pleasantly surprised to find a welcoming experience. I received the best customer service I've ever had in a shoe store or department. I tried on numerous pairs and decided on a pair of New Balance extra wide with. My initial assumptions were wrong. After the customer service I received, I have concluded that Stan's in Glendale offers a customer the best in service, over and above the rest.

I went to the Glendale location and it was a wonderful experience. It was my first time shopping there and Keith was awesome. Very patient, knowledgeable and so helpful. It wasn’t the shoe I was looking for but still end up purchasing 3 pair. One had to be ordered and was there the very next day. Also getting fitted for shoes which I haven’t had done since I was a kid. I’ll recommend this store to anyone.😊

The employees here are absolutely FANTASTIC! They go out of their way to make sure you have the perfect fit! I have extremely large, wide feet. It's very difficult to find shoes that are feminine. These people always manage to find me shoes that I love! I just got another pair today! It's so exciting to get shoes that fit my feet! I would recommend this shoe store to absolutely anyone!
