I’m another life-long patient of Dr. Gerdes! I love everyone in the office. They are so welcoming, caring, gentle and thorough. My husband and children are also patients now. I’m so grateful to Dr. Gerdes and his staff for giving us the very best dental experience. It is always truly a joy to visit!

Wonderful, clean, friendly and comfortable environment. Dr. Gerdes does what's best for the patient(me). The whole office staff is very professional yet at the same time fun-loving. I've never left an appointment not having laughed. The quality of the dental work(crowns, fillings and preventative care) is top-notch. Dr. Gerdes has been our dentist for over 25 years.

I've been a patient with Dr. Gerdes for about 15 years. He and his staff are professional, courteous and kind. Dr. Gerdes has seen my children since they were very young and is wonderful with children as well. Dr. Gerdes is very knowledgeable and made proper recommendations for when I needed to consult with an orthodontist for my children. He consistently provides me feedback as to what treatments I might need in the future so that I have forewarning and can better plan my treatments.

Dr. Gerdes and his entire office staff are the best, very skilled. They are truly about positive patient experience. The entire team will do just about anything to make sure that patients are well taken care of. I have been going to Dr. Gerdes and his hygienist for about 25 years and have never had any complaints. Dr. Gerdes please don't ever retire, your patients need you.

Where to start? I've been going to Dr Gerdes since 1998 or 1999. I have followed him to his current location from his old place in Shorewood. I recommended him to countless people and now my wife and my children also go. Dr Gerdes and his staff are like family. I actually look forward to seeing everyone for my check-ups and everyone remembers us. I honestly can't think of anyone that would be better than Dr Gerdes. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

My grandparents, aunts and I have been going to Dr. Gerdes for over 30 years. I can proudly say I have gotten the best possible care, and am grateful I can now take my kids to Dr. Gerdes. The entire staff is always friendly and enjoyable to work with. Truly a stellar example of 5 star dental care.

I have been coming to Dr. Gerdes since I was 4 years old and I have always looked forward to my visits. Every time I drive past the office I make sure to tell whoever I’m with how great my dental expirence has been. All the hygienists, Dr.Gerdes, and the woman at the front desk are incredibly friendly and always genuinely interested in your life or whatever it is you want to talk about. While I have a cleaning or some sort of a filling or something I feel like I am more than just a patient. They will inform me of what they are doing while they do it, they will reassure me if there are any concerns or if there is any sense of unsureness, they offer breaks for a tired mouth (but I don’t need them), and I always learn something about my teeth! Overall this place is absolutely wonderful: I feel so comfortable to say whatever is on my mind even if it has nothing to do with dentistry and I have 100% trust in whatever they do!

I had an extreme fear of dentistry and rarely went unless I had to. We recently moved to the area and heard raving reviews about Dr. Gerdes and his team, so I thought I’d give it a shot and I now know why he came highly recommended. I felt completely at ease with his friendly staff and their accommodations for my anxiety needs from the moment I walked in and for the first time in years. My initial appointment was great and opened my mind up to relieve the fear as they were gentle and educated me as to what they were doing. My second visit was great too! (And I never thought I would ever say that.) They knew who I was and remembered things I had said six months prior which made me feel like they’re dedicated to their patients. Excellent customer service and a great dentist! Highly recommend him!

I totally trust Dr. Gerdes with my teeth! Dr. Gerdes is skilled and professional, knowledgable about his field, and sensitive to his patient's dental needs. With a great sense of humor, and extremely competent staff in the office, it is an actual pleasure to get the reminder card saying it is time to go in for a cleaning. I cannot recommend Dr. Gerdes highly enough!

I have been going to Dr.Gerdes for 14 years. He is the best dentist - so kind and compassionate and technically skilled.
His staff is amazing. From his hygienists to his assistant -Janal - to his receptionist, Sandy. They treat you like family.
In emergency situations, Dr. Gerdes is so responsive and sets a plan of action- whether it’s an immediate appointment with a sprecialist, getting you into his own office or getting you antibiotics when you’re out of town.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Gerdes and his staff.
Ps: He’s also a pro at giving novacaine shots - pain free!

I trust they all have my best interests in mind and that I’m getting high quality dental care. That’s the bottom line. I like that Dr. Gerdes and his assistant always take time to explain the care needed and what the options are. The entire staff are always super friendly and comforting.

Love our family dentist! I have seen Brad for 25 years and travel 30 miles to see him. Our children continue to be cavity free(14,13,10) and are very comfortable here! Wonderful staff and we highly recommend this practice!
