5 Star all the way. The inventory is amazing and the Owner plus the Wonderful Staff too. Management must be so proud of their front house staff. They are all so knowledgeable about the product they sell. There is one who even hands you the handle of your bag. This Smoke Shop is my ONE N Only! There my people.

Like the name, the employees always friendly here. I get the 24/7 smokes for $20something. Marlboro was breaking me. So glad I'm saving something somewhere!

Whats the problem with buying more than one thing in separate transactions.. its a sale. It keeps you in business... PLUS.. carton of Marlboro Blk. Is 51.?? With tax. They now ring them up at 5 post at a time which cuts your discount. $4.28 × 10 = 42.80 plus tax. Tell me again how its $54???.
Its like a different price everytime u go. Depends on who is working. On receipt it shows. $5.18 a pack. Fix the problem. Or Loves and Kum & Go is where u need to go purchase your cigarettes

Absolutely the best smoke/tobacco outlet store In Springfield ! The store was clean , good music was playing and the staff were very kind and courteies . Even allowing me to use an online coupon that most places won't tak. This will certainly be a favorite of mine when shopping for all my tobacco needs. The very best place to get tobacco and they are very busy because of it. The manager and other employees deserve a nice raise for all their hard work. I highly recommend Smokers Outlet off of E. Kearney on High St.in Springfield, Mo. for all of your tobacco needs. ***UPDATE*** I'm saddened to hear that Sherri has resigned. I really enjoyed dealing with her for the last 13 years and wish her the best.

This place is the most friendliest , courteous, damn place in town! The ladies always greet me with the smile and always have my smokes ready! I don't ever have to tell em what I smoke they already have ready for me! I would give this place more stars if possible! Keep it up ladies!!!!
