Spring Valley Veterinary Hospital - WEST

We are traveling from Arizona and had to make an emergency appointment with Spring Valley due to an injury to our dog. They got us in quickly and took very good care of our dog. And the pricing was much better than what we expected. If I need a vet I would not hesitate making Spring Valley our vet! Highly recomend them!

I had been searching for a vet, and groomer for my Rosie because she's a handful. But they were so good with her and she's absolutely gorgeous now. I will be going back for all veterinarian issues, thank you guys for being amazing at your job.

You guys have been wonderful over the last few years, even with the pandemic. All of you were amazing with Boss helped me keep him comfortable and gave me a great recommendation for someone to come to our house and lay him to rest. It was the best experience despite the circumstances. You are the one and only vet that listened to my concerns about Moose and his allergies, and found a medication that has changed his wellbeing. I wouldn’t take a new pup anywhere else. Thank you!

The staff at this clinic were so accommodating and helpful. They made space in their busy schedule to see our dog in an urgent situation when our usual vet was unable to fit him in. They provided loving care and got him feeling better quickly. We are so grateful!

One of the best Veterinary Hospitals I have ever taken my animals to. The staff are not only professional, they are also extremely kind and understanding. They took the time to answer all my questions in full, and showed that they really cared about my animals which are like kids to me. I would recommend this Vet to anybody in the area looking for great Vet care for all of their fur babies.

I called yesterday without an appointment for an emergency type situation and they got me booked! They were very honest and nice about the situation of needing to put my cat to sleep. Since his quality of life was not very high. They were respectful on how much time I needed with him to say goodbye and offered me to stay. When I couldn’t stay with him they did not judge me on crying so much and they made me feel very comfortable. I recommend this place and will use them in the future!

My favorite part about them: They never referred to my fur baby as anything other than a kid. Yes I know Winston is a dog, but to my family he is truly another one of our kids. They were able to get us in quickly, very friendly, and explained everything very well including prices. We will be going back!

My dog was really sick yesterday morning and they let me drop her off for the vet to see her. Amanda was absolutely amazing explaining everything to me. I moved from Florida in March and I am so thrilled with the vet care that we are receiving here. I highly recommend spring valley veterinary hospital.

Toby has been aging but not well. The folks at SVW vet gave me information about my dog that explained his decline. Comfort for my dog is paramount and I have the tools and help I need to give Toby comfort as he ages.

Everyone seemed wonderful with Bear. I was happy with the timely scheduling. It’s nice to have a groomer on site for convenience. And I thought pricing was fair. All things considered, I was very pleased. Thank you to the staff.

Caring Vets and staff. I felt comfortable, and my Gracie,beale mix, was a little nervous at first. However, she went right with them to be examined. The prices were reasonable, and I had complete trust in the advice the vet and her assistant gave me to care for Gracie. Highly recommend!

I took my cat Willow there today for a wellness check as well as her rabies shot and because she had two mats on her hind end and the staff were awesome. They answered all my questions gave me a call after her exam which was done relatively quickly after I dropped her off and the took wonderful care of her. This is by far the best vet I have ever taken my cat to I definitely recommend giving them a chance to look after your pets wellbeing.

My dog had an eye adenamo removed today at Spring Valley Vet. The technicians were very thorough, listened, and, took time to care about my pup. The laser surgery went well, and my dog has recovered nicely!!! Thank you Spring Valley!!! I so appreciate your care and concern for my dog.

Very fast and friendly. I love how they keep you updated throughout the visit and they follow up after you’ve left.

I've been to a lot of different vets for my cats, most places I have gone to look at your pet for 10 minutes, kind of listen to you, and then send you home with meds that don't work. This place REALLY listens. They want all the details of what's going on, and they actually spend time looking at your pet with care. One of my cats had an upper respiratory virus since I adopted her, which lasted for two years. I went to three other vets, and none were able to make a difference. One appointment with spring valley, and her horrible hacking sneezing stopped and hasn't returned! Every time I go the issue is resolved.

I will warn you, they ARENT cheap. But I'd rather pay one expensive vet bill for an appointment that works, then a bunch of cheap ones that don't. They will work with you on the steps you want to take. If they recommend a few different tests, but you can only afford to do one, they will recommend the most likely useful test, and run that one before trying anything else. They also have great bedside manners. Very much recommend
