Spring Valley Veterinary Hospital - EAST

I have never had such an amazing experience with a veterinary clinic until coming here! The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure my sweet boy could get in same day. I have a reactive dog and they assured they would make him comfortable and could handle him, and they definitely did! The staff was very upfront about cost too, which hasn’t always been my experience at other clinics. Spring Valley has definitely gained a loyal client and I’m happy my dogs are in good hands :)

I have had my boxer for 6 years and they have been great with her. Loving and kind. But best of all very good vet's. Always attentive to her and my needs

For sure the best vet office in town. I've been to SOOO many and everyone at Spring Valley is so compassionate and precious! They just want to give pets the best care they possibly can! The staff we’re preparing for a couple surgeries so when I walked in with a cat that had fallen from her 6’ cat post and torn off a few claw… I was not sure to expect. They even had a sign on the door that basically said only real emergencies today!

Well they were awesome, loved up my cat, put a bandage on her paw and said no charge!

I was amazed! I normally can’t get out of there with out a $100 or $200 bill!

So grateful to the staff!

Absolutely amazing staff. I had a cat emergency today, and my normal vet wasn't answering the phone. I called spring valley, and I think they saved my cat today. I was a mess and scared honestly. They got him in as fast as they could and took such good care of him. They even brought out some snacks for my daughter and I as we waited. I felt like they not only took great care of my cat but me as well. They helped me to calm down and I just knew my little buddy was in good hands. Their care and compassion for not only the animals but the humans as well was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them too everyone.

I have been bringing my Greyhounds to Spring Valley Veterinary Hospital for about 18 years. I love and trust Dr. Scott, her entire staff completely. Everyone treats your pet as if they were their own beloved pet❤❣ If you want the "Best Care" for your pet or pets...I highly recommend, Spring Valley Veterinary Hospital in Springfield Missouri!!!

The staff at spring valley East was absolutely exceptional. I had called around to about seven different vets to try and get my dog in for an acute problem and they were able to work me and despite a very busy schedule. The staff was incredibly kind and Dr. Skinner went out of her way to do a secondary exam for my dog to figure out the underlying problem. She is back to her normal energetic healthy self now! I am very grateful to all these kind ladies!

We always receive excellent care for our puppy. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Hemi just had surgery and we were kept informed about the progress and follow-up. They also give a military discount. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful and courteous. Made sure my baby was comfortable before and after being spayed. Thorough pre and post-op instructions and everyone I spoke with there had a smile on their face. Thank you for taking care of my baby!

This place was amazing for my cat. I just picked her up today after she needed a surgery and they took wonderful care of her. You can tell they love what they do and every employee I spoke to was so kind and informative. They were considerate of my budget while still providing excellent care to my cat. I'm a customer for life now and will recommend them to anyone I know.

Took my special little Marley boy for his rabies shot. Spring Valley Veterinary is a great place, caring, very responsive to email questions.

The best staff I have ever met. They are all so caring and patient with one of my dogs that has bad anxiety. We absolutely love them.

They saved my cats life for a third of what everyone else was asking. Im old and have very little money. I can never thank them enough. Haven't experienced that kind of kindness before. Very knowledgeable and caring. Our large family will be customers for life.

We switched to Spring Valley based on a friend's recommendation about 3 years ago. They are always super nice, accommodating, and helpful! I feel like we can trust their advice. One of our dogs gets scared and can be aggressive at the vet, but they're very understanding. They handle him with care and confidence so he feels more comfortable. Overall, we've had nothing but great experiences with Spring Valley. I have and would recommend them to a friend!

They did an excellent job with my husbands dog KODA very friendly professional compassionate they truly are an hospital with love for animals thank you this was back in June

Dr Berlin is the best bet in Springfield Missouri she's kind considerate and understand how a person feels when they have to go there to see her her staff is excellent you couldn't ask for anyone better they understand they really understand I had to have my dog put down today they treated me like family I love them for that thank you very much Kelly Leedy
