Ochsner Health Center – Bluebonnet South

I had a positive experience at Ochsner especially at this location. I had to get a lab procedure done here with Dr.T Whitney and she did a great job!!! 💟. The doctors and staff were empathetic, really understood the patient's concerns and took good care while performing the test/procedure. I haven't had any issues in booking an appointment at this location.

NP Kinsley has been a great help to me anytime I needed to reach out to her. I have had two appointments (same day) with her and she treated me as if I had been her patient for years. She listened and gave me practical solutions for my medical concern, not just something out of the cover-your-bases handbook. See her if you need anything.

Hands down the best blood draw I’ve had in my life. Mrs. Josephine was absolutely amazing and the only reason for 5 stars.

However the appointment desk staff sound like they haven’t slept in a week, we’re untrained and needed a cup of coffee. I’d honestly rather go through 5 minutes of prompts than have to go through that agony again.

Visited for the first time for an annual exam and was really happy with the experience. I felt like my concerns were taken seriously and I did not feel rushed at all. The ladies at the front desk, nurse Whitnee, and NP Melissa Lemoine were all great.

I just moved to LA and signed up with Ochsner to provide my health care. I’ve been impressed each step of the way…from the ease of using their website, to the communication from all departments and of course to the friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. I made the right choice with Ochsner.

Great Health Center. Very good staff and doctors. New facility that is not crowded.

Great doctors fast waiting periods

They schedule appointments and when you make it to them they reschedule them all. The doctors are never there. They show no care or interest in what expecting mothers are goin through. Definitely not worth visiting ocshner.

Appt was scheduled for 8. Waiting for 30 minutes and have not been called back. The nurse that called me back had a very nasty disposition with me and when we were in the back she told me I was late for my appt. I was not late. I arrived at 8:03. Upon arrival there were two other patients ahead of me waiting to be checked in. I had not ever visited this location and had gotten lost. I explained this to the doctor that I saw and the doctor told me that this situation happens to a lot of patients. I guess they had me to wait 30 minutes because they thought I was late for my appointment and I was not.
