Always able to get in super fast!

I had appt,then when I got there they said I didn't answer I did,also I had a appointment with Dr Jones,I wish they had called me back and told me she wasn't in on Wednesday,she understand what going through an she help me

Today, I had an appointment at 9:30 a.m. I missed the appointment and called to reschedule. The lady that answered the phone gave me another appointment time for that same day; which I am very thankful for. After thanking her, she hung up the phone without saying anything! I had to think back and realize this office is NEVER professional! They need to be forced to get more training on phone etiquette and patient satisfactory!

I would not recommend this place.Staff was very rude when called to ask a question about a referral was hung up on and called back next staff was just as rude. Staff is very rude

Terrible cash only clinic, receptionist may be the rudest person alive, not to mention her serious mental challenges, this place is absolutely sickening.
