Anointed Family Medicine has been exceptional since NP Nelson has taken over a year ago. She is now my primary care provider. Offices are clean and they always get me in and out quick. The staff is friendly and I'm always greeted with a smile. Highly recommend.

From the front desk staff to the Nurse Practitioner, everyone is so generous and interested in helping you be your best healthy self! Come late to all appointments. If not, you’ll be waiting 1hr. 30mins or more after your scheduled time.

This "nurse practioner" tries to do unnecessary exams for medicaid. The office is dirty and they never answer the phone. They do not return phone calls. She wanted to do a pap smear when I had a hysterectomy 12 years ago....and an ekg when I had no chest pain or need for one, with my full bare chest out. This place is disgusting. Change your doctor if you chose this place. Trashy. Low class.

Unprofessional. Long waiting times and the dr was unconcerned to say the least. Had to call to get my test results and the reply back was very dry. I Will NOT be going back there.
