This was the best funeral home my family has ever worked with. The staff was great. Sarah was the most amazing funeral coordinator, she made everything run smoothly when so many things were going wrong with the crematory we worked with in Florida. She was quick in her response to any and every request, she was on top of all the details and even offered up her help with all the options to ship my grandmas remains all the way from FL to WI. The facility was spacious, handicap friendly, and ready for us to utilize. Great customer service, would recommend this funeral home to anyone. Thank you Sarah and all the staff for everything.

I worked with Heritage Funeral Home's Milwaukee location. My grandmother passed in 2022 and it was unexpected. We had not had an opportunity to revisit her arrangements set-up years prior in her previous state of residence.

When the time came, I called Heritage. I really had no clue what to do or where to begin. Their after-hours answering staff was helpful and I received a callback from someone on staff very quickly, who assured that they would care for everything and work with the hospital directly.

A few days after my grandma passed, my uncle and I met with VP & Funeral Director, Sarah R. at their Milwaukee location. Sarah was absolutely wonderful. I shared with her right away that we would not have any type of funeral service (per my grandma's wishes) only cremation. I always felt we received the best service and attention. I can't thank you enough, Sarah.

Then this year, almost exactly one year later- I called Sarah out of the blue in a bit of a panic. I needed an urn super last minute...feels like a really weird thing to say!! (mail issue- Etsy, Gramps upgrading before moving to final resting place.) She didn't hesitate to offer to help, and even stopped at other locations to pick-up options for me to choose from and met me at the location closest to my home.

I was very pleased with the way Paul and Megan handled my husband's funeral. Paul always made himself available in person, on the phone and via text. They made a very difficult time much easier and less stressful. I received many compliments on the funeral. We have used Heritage for several family funerals and all were smoothly handled with compassion. I never felt pressured to spend more than I was comfortable with. They made sure I was aware of all options so I could make the best decision for our family. I always felt I could trust them.

Heritage Funeral Home handled my husband's funeral on February 4th this year. I met with them several months before his passing to make sure his wishes were carried out. My daughter and I met with Paul. He made the process easy to understand and listened carefully to our wishes. We were never pressured to spend beyond our comfort level. He offered options and was always available to listen to any concerns or thoughts we had. The funeral went very smoothly and the staff was there at every step to ensure that. They had handled several family funerals before so we were confident in their abilities and I would continue to recommend them.

Sarah and her team at Heritage Funeral Home did a phenomenal job helping create and hold our mom’s funeral and celebration of her life. Sarah was patient, informative, kind, and transparent from the very first meeting. Sarah was also always available via phone or text to answer question and no question too small. This level of support was immensely appreciated by our family.

Heritage also provided diverse options for flower arrangements, cremation vessels, music, video, lighting and more. Everything was within our budget and we were never up sold which made the processes much more easy going on us.

Some highlights of the amazing things Sarah and her team did for our family to celebrate our mom (with no extra costs to the set price for the funeral): framed our mom’s photography to look like a gallery setting, helped create boards of articles highlighting mom, edited and updated our obituary, helped with insurance paperwork - all with no hesitation. Sarah’s team even installed a Christmas tree because our mom loved the holidays.
