Lowe's Home Improvement

My experience shopping at Lowe's was great. They were very helpful and friendly. Even if they were busy they were curtious and stopped what they were doing to help. Very pleasant experience.

Extremely helpful staff and easy to find items on the shelf or bins. I love how everyone has a color coordinated best so they are easily recognizable. Especially Veterans, who wear a camo style vest. Very knowledgeable assistants in every department, or will help you find someone who can help. We didn't have to wait long so all for help. Savings are offered from employees at checkout and their return policy is great.

Also, Customer Service is at an all time HIGH here. We had an issue with a large delivered item and another item that we hauled home, for both matters, the store offered several options to accommodate us with. We were extremely happy and pleasantly surprised with their help and the ease in taking care of the problems.

Lowe's is great. We are happy to shop there and appreciate everything about the store.

PS we drive over an hour away to go to this store.

It was SO nice to get such professional service from Patricia in Home Decor. This is the gal that knows her stuff! She goes out of her way to help with window treatments. (She even keeps paint chips to help you if you are color coordinating) She makes you feel like she loves what she does and is ready to answer anything you ask. They should have her training in their stores what it is to be a person of excellence. Hats off to Patricia H.

We were assisted today by the day manager I believe his name was Jeremy And, a lady named Ellen. They went above and beyond to help us locate an item we were looking for. Everyone was friendly and never made us feel like we were a bother. We even got free hotdogs from an employee who was fortunate enough to work outside. Thank you to all three of these. Wonderful Lowe’s employees.

Even when running into some technical difficulties through the first part of my project with some rented machinery, The manager and the associates at the Pro Desk went ABOVE AND BEYOND there duties to help make this project happen. They were sincere and kind and professional. THANK YOU LOWES!!

I absolutely love Lowe's, they're always clean and professional and there's normally a nice aroma in the air. Unlike home Depot which is the complete opposite, but don't tell home Depot I said that as far as they're concerned they're my favorite but that's because I'm generally afraid of them.

Was ask twice if we needed help! Very nice. Then we left and were sitting in truck making sure we got what was needed when the salesperson from MOORE WATER got out of her vehicle and slammed her door into our truck hard enough to shake the truck. And proceeded to run off. Until I called her back till we could check for damages
She was not a pleasant person to say the least. She did think she could bully us a bit. And then tried to scare us with taking pictures. Lol. She was on the phone when we left telling "someone" she was being harassed. Told her to be a bit more responsible .

I needed a new mower, and until now, I have always bought a cheap push mower. But I have just enough of a yard that I needed a self-propelled or a small rider. I went home with my first riding lawn mower, and it was easy to sign up for a lowes credit card so that I could make payments! I ran it for the first time, and it did a great job. Plus, it is a beautiful little mower.

Delivery crew were very professional and made a tough job easy. Product was what was ordered... good job Lowes, and Chris and James!

Shout out to Marcos! My motorcycle dropped a carburetor screw on the way there, and obviously wouldn’t start. After finding one in the store, I was unable to put it on, but Marcos offered to find a wrench for me, which he did, and helped me secure my carb back on, and the offered to get me a water to drink. Cycle started right up, and was able to be on my way. Every business should PRAY to find an employee like Marcos.

They seem to always have what I need when I need it! Like everyone else they also have to deal with shortages and inflation but however I think they are doing their best to deal with that issue! Customer care and also to customer care for the pros is always top-notch!

Clean and organized, friendly staff. There are some annoyances but mostly due to how many people use this location. It can seem crowded and busy, but considering it's location the staff and management handle it very well!

I have been buying lot of flowers off there clearance rack.

Looking for a lightweight rain jacket. The app informed where to find it. Wasn't sure if it was right so I checked with outdoor area first. I was told they don't stock rain jackets. I showed the associate the app and he said it was online only. So I looked in the place the app said and found what I was looking for. Lol

Madelyn at the customer service desk is awesome!! She made our return super easy and was super kind the whole time. Employees like her are why we come back and shop here! Thanks!

Took me forever to decide on a shower head. Had to take back 3 to find the one I wanted. Didn’t have any issues with returns.
