I called J&R Electrical Services to install kitchen appliances in my hotel. They promptly responded, provided a reasonable estimate, and the service charges were fair. Jack worked industriously and finished the work in due time. He was very polite, knowledgeable, honest and very professional. The quality of work was incredible. Highly recommended their services.

I am very happy with J&R Electrical Services. They gave me a very competitive price for a new generator. They installed it without hitch and have been back to perform routine service. I can only say wonderful things about the company and the particular technician, Jack who has been here twice. They have exceeded expectations.

Very quick response when I called after-hours on a weekend. Was able to schedule an appointment about a week later to fit my own schedule, and many of my electrical issues were addressed in the same visit! We are very grateful for their help. Our home was built in 1975. We need some upgrades. They did a wonderful job for us. They took time to explain all their findings. We appreciate so much that they advised us to find the correct replacement parts that we could order online. It helped economically with the upgrade, and we appreciate what it offers. Henry is very professional and genuinely caring about the safety of the home. He is helping to redo electrical work that was done buy a person who is not an electrician. Additionally he has experience in lighting design which is also proving to be helpful for our remodel. Very grateful that he showed up when he did.

The owner, expects and demands professionalism in his employees and he gets it or they can work for someone else. The scheduler, project Manager, crew leader and his partner, all truly the best electricians in town. They all take great pride in their workmanship, clean up when they’re done and if something isn’t right, they won’t leave until it is. Highly recommend!

John was very helpful when I needed to have a chandelier removed from one location in a room and a new chandelier installed in another location in the same room.He went above and beyond to make sure my home was was taken care of. His attention to detail and willingness to explain his process makes him the perfect guy for the job. I won't be needing anyone else to service my home!

I would recommend Jack for any job in our home. He's very professional and knowledgeable!! We had a lot of projects around the house that needed done and he completed each one to our satisfaction! Called for an issue with my water heater. Had same day service and my problem was quickly fixed. Great company. I definitely recommend J&R Electrical Services for any one who needs quality service in a timely manner.

J&R Electrical Services was a lifesaver. During the big windstorm Sunday, my neighbor's tree fell on my individual power line, taking out power and ripping electrical equipment from my house's exterior. Within 30 minutes of calling J&R Electrical Services, two reps were at my house. Really appreciate their responsiveness and expertise - thank you!

I would highly recommend J&R Electrical Services Services! They were prompt, gave me their recommendations in a language I could understand, discussed three different options, their prices and differences. They cleaned up all the mess before leaving. I recommend!

Not sure this is anything more than an offshore lead generation company. Was sold a 'membership' which included a call out fees and a discount on services/parts. A completely different company's tech showed up. He quoted me $134 for diagnostics and $100/hour after. He replaced two outlets and did a solid job. Total time, less than 45 minutes. I provided the parts. The bill was over $500! Plus the membership fee! None of the discounts promised by J&R were honored.

Don't trust the five star reviews. I did and got burned. The business practices of this company are misleading and unethical.

Pros: Were able to come out same day
Cons: They use independent contractors so in addition to the $99 service fee the contractor adds their project rate. In my case rewiring a mess of an outlet took 20 min and cost an additional $125. Tech did his job but scheduler did not communicate price nor could they when I called back and asked for clarity. Tried to aggressively upsell me on yearly service contract. Go direct and you can get a way better, honest price. Also gave me a window of 8:30-11:30 - Arrived at 2:30.
