Love this store and the people Inside!!! Only adult store I've ever visited that allowed try on of outfits with proper safety under attire! Around Christmas, I was shopping for myself and my card declined due to an unexpected charge to my account. Long Story short....Jessie told me to pick one items I was planning to purchase and purchased it for me!! He stated that it counts as part of their employees elf program which allows an employee to elf gift one item to one person. I literally cried at his gesture to do this. Furthermore, I'm not a local....I'm from out of town so it's not like I have any sort of report with anyone in the store. There are still amazing people in the world....I was just privileged and l ucky enough to have an amazing encouter with one of them!!

One of the coolest stores in Springfield! Great prices! The staff is available to help but give you your space when you don't need assistance. They have also streamlined their inventory to only carry good quality products (but that doesn't mean only expensive!)

Eros is simply the most upscale adult boutique in Springfield. The staff is knowledgeable. The products come in all price ranges. And it exudes a class that makes you comfortable with being inside and asking questions!

I honestly didn't know exactly what I was looking for but I popped in and Victoria was super helpful and even with an awkward subject was able to keep it light and guide me in the right direction. Super friendly staff. She did awesome. Can't say enough about the experience!

Classy and friendly, with a large selection of toys, lotions and mens+womens lingerie. Very gay-friendly too, with a great selection of Andrew Christian underwear. Love this place.

Eros is an upscale, well-organized store with a knowledgeable staff and quality products. It's nice to go into an adult store that feels clean and professional inside.

Super clean with super nice stuff. There's a great variety of things to choose from. Also ran by some of the nicest people in Springfield.

Always super friendly staff. Lingerie is gorgeous. Only complaint is the "realistic" toys aren't very realistic, but that's pretty normal.

Nice place decent vibe, clerk was very informative and helpful but very poor setup. Adult products and kid products should be more seperate was very awkward, with kids across the way.

Looked nice from the outside... Couldn't go in. Weekend away with my wife and we thought we'd go "shopping"... Pulled in at 9:02 on a Friday night... Because what adult shop wouldn't be open at 9:00pm on a Friday...? Well, apparently this one. They close at 9:00. Oh well.

I love this store was just disappointed with the fact a product, all of them not just one, was marked wrong I go to get it and price wasn't honored. I got a discount but still paid almost 7 Bucks more than what it was marked.
