Beyond Computers

Had a bad solid state drive, Beyond Computers were able to recover my data and get the drive working again. Majority of my files were intact!

Communication was excellent, Staff was friendly. They ran me through my options and asked me how I'd like to proceed. If anything came up in the process they'd again consult me before moving on. This team really puts their customers first, These professionals make sure you understand and get the service exactly as you want it.

I was looking for an external hardrive for my pc and this place only does repairs. The owner went out of his way to contact me which is impressive because he took the time to contact me and let me know what type of store he is and the service they provide. Very professional which is sometimes lost in today’s world.

I'm giving these guys five stars only because I can't give them six! My computer was totally nonfunctional and they restored it to life in just a few days, and for a fraction of the price other repair shops quoted me. Doesn't hurt that they're open on Saturdays as well. The gentleman who helped me was very polite and professional, and I'd take my machine back to them in a heartbeat. Big thanks to these guys!

Highly Recommended! The customer service was great and the rush put on my computer was excellent. My computer decided to short out and stop working the week I had a massive deadline. They were able to give me the files I needed within 24 hours and back up over 500gb of data the following day. Although I decided to not fix my computer, I appreciated the time spent trying to diagnose the problem quickly. The pricing was more than reasonable for the rush. I will gladly take any other computer problems back to them.

You guys are very friendly, very nice and respectful. You have taken care of me for years and I trust the results I get from the work your technician has done on my computer. My computer was not coming on properly due to a bad virus on it, and the browser was taken over by a bad company. The virus was removed and my computer is functioning normally again.

Our Mac laptop recently got a web browser virus we couldnt remove with paid malware removers. We called Beyond Computers and knew we would be choosing them to help us out. They had very fast service; we got the computer back within a couple days. They charged us very reasonably considering how hard to remove the virus was, and they did so without having to reboot our computer. Our computer also came back cleaned up physically. We will be using them again in the future. We also recieved great customer service via phone and in person.

Had a great experience with Beyond Computers! They fixed our sound problem quickly on the Asus we took in. They are honest and quick in their diagnostic of what needs to be done. Great place to take your computer to get fixed!

They offer the best service I have had in a long time. When they fix my computer, they do what they say they are going to do. They understand and help senior citizens like me and don't get upset about all of my questions.
