My new favorite coffee spot. It's right off the downtown square. Beautiful views and a very unique and delicious blend of flavors for the coffee here. I had the Lavender Latte and the Blood Orange Nitro Latte. Both were fantastic! You will love the atmosphere, the service, and the coffee. You have to give the a try.

Amazing food, the best breakfast sandwich, coffee, and dessert I’ve ever had. I’m mind blown. Very reasonable prices as well. 11/10. Beautifully designed interior and great location for outdoor seating. Friendly staff and fantastic, quick service.

I come here often and the coffee and pastries are great. Today, I had the house brew coffee and the breakfast sandwich. It’s great! Also, their sweet potato muffin is incredible. Their iced coffees and seasonal drinks have been great as well.

The atmosphere has good vibes and parking is easily accessible from adjacent streets. They even have 30 minute parking right outside for those who want to order on the go. Great vibes and this place is definitely on my list of top 3 coffee shops in Springfield. Check it out!

Excellent Mint Mocha with Oat milk! Classic downtown quintessential coffee spot with loud ambient vibe music, lots of people gathered and working or chatting. Clean restrooms and polite staff.

I love this place! The coffee is sooo good! Lots of options. The people who are work here are welcoming and nice. I love the cozy atmosphere. It’s very nice. Definitely recommend coming here!

I loved this cafe. I was impressed that my iced latte was brought out in a glass, and the coffee was exceptional. It has a great atmosphere inside and it's cool that it looks out into the little square in the downtown area. This is an awesome spot to go to if you're looking for some coffee and vibes.

Stopped in killing time prior to my flight. It is amazing!!! Great coffee, in a world of some great coffee, they stand out. The breakfast sandwich is great, but wow, the baked goods are awesome and delicious, and I bought another to go. I travel for a living, so great baked goods are always a treat. I can't wait to be back in the area. Boston, you are blessed. This place should be packed.

I just love grabbing a coffee and muffin here when I'm downtown. Always excellent food and drinks. I've been coming since 2011, and it just keeps getting better!

Great vanilla latte! Would come back out of my way to get a latte here again. Also had a sweet potato muffin rhat was excellent! A little downtown gem. Will be back when I'm in town.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Springfield located right on the square! Love their coffees and baked goods, along with the bottled coffees that you can take to go. Great packaging and branding too!

Unique flavors. This is for all types of coffee drinkers. They have real and substantial coffees, matches, smoothies, cold brews, etc. for coffee connoisseurs. I used to be a barista and I know what I’m saying. However, I am more of a “I like a little coffee with my sweetener,” kind of person, and this fit my taste, too!!! I ordered a latte with flavoring, and it was actually perfect flavoring (for comparison, Starbucks doesn’t put enough for me). Hope this helps!!

Lovely coffee shop and roaster featuring single origin blends. Indoor seating area is very nice with exposed brick and lots of cool wood accents. The first real Seattle style coffee shop in Springfield. Oh and the ricotta toast is delicious too!

The Coffee Ethic excels as the quintessential third-wave coffee shop with single-origin beans and roasting only a few yards from the brew stations. The original cold brew may actually be preferable to the nitro upgrade and provides a solid base for a few signature beverages.

Great coffee shop. The pour over I had was fantastic!! Later went back for a cappuccino and it too did not disappoint.
