The Wash House

We absolutely love this laundromat! The machines are new and well cared for. Everything is very clean. The prices are reasonable (you get bonus money if you load $20 or more on the app). The attendants are really kind and friendly. We usually have to bring the whole family when we do our laundry and it's definitely a place I don't mind taking my kids to.

This is an absolutely excellent laundromat! We drop our laundry
off each week and last week by mistake I left 3 rings (gold &
meaningful to me) in a robe pocket. Vanessa and others found
them (having to search for a stone that fell out in the filter of a
dryer) and returned them. I can't thank them enough! Plus, our
wash is always done and folded to perfection. We will remain
constant, happy customers because we appreciate the best!

We travel the country full-time in our RV. We don't typically write reviews for laundromats, but this place is exceptional. Large, clean, plenty of folding tables etc. If we lived in this area, we would definitely use this place each week. It's a little bit more expensive than some others, but it's totally worth the price difference.

My FAVORITE laundromat! Good machines, has an app AND change machine. I can use my phone or my change! They keep the bums out, too!

Place is really clean and sanitary! I have observed the girl attendant during my visit sanitizing the stations every time someone is done using it. She was very helpful and informative if I had any questions. I was afraid to use a laundromat but my experience really changed it. I highly recommend this place!

I haven’t been to a laundromat in forever, and SO happy to find this place. Clean, mod, attendants helpful and sense of humor. I will be using this laundry business for all my blanket washings in the future.

Have not been to a laundromat for many years, our dryer stopped working so we had to visit. This business was clean well lit the attendant was very friendly overall had a great experience drying clothes 😄

I had mentioned being cold to my son and the wonderfully working this evening heard me and turned the heat up. She is so friendly and kind. I have been washing here since I moved ro springfield and this place is ways so clean and the staff are amazing!

Debbye greeted me with a friendly smile and hello hun! after a super lousy day at work and was just the thing I needed today
I work for hotel and just needed my personal items washed since both properties guest coin dryers are out of order. She was very clear about pricing and knowledgeable about how the process works for the drop off, the staff folded items in ways I've never thought of!
If I get in a bind again, I will use this location, I'm also letting my coworkers know about how easy the process was and incredibly clean the facility is!

Very clean. Attendants are very helpful. Pay with app, no need for quarters. They have detergent and dryer sheets for sale.

Very nice place. The machines are clean. There’s always an attendant. The automatic doors are excellent. Why don’t all laundromats have them? I only wash and dry blankets and other large items here and they all all sizes of machines to handle anything I bring in. It feels much safer than other laundromats in Springfield.

Good prices, clean place, hot dryers and quick dry time. 10/10.

This place is very modern and clean and easily accessible from any direction in Springfield. The personal working there was helpful. The dryers and washers offer two methods of payment for using equipment. You can use an app instead of coins, or you can insert your cc or debit card. I liked most of all that the building was warm.
