I am so appreciative of Zeb and the great service I receive always from Lorenz. Zeb was able to diagnose my issue of low water pressure in my kitchen that I had for years. He pretty quickly discovered it was an issue with the faucet and components. He shopped for replacement parts and with the cost of just that, I decided to get an entire new faucet. I had a recent surgery so Zeb offered to shop faucets for me. Yes, it cost a little more for the extra time, but he got just the right one, brought it back, and installed it. I was so grateful for his help. I have the strongest pressure I have had in the 10 years I lived in my home. Thank you Zeb, and many thanks to Lorenz for taking such good care of me.

We experienced a water line leak between the meter and the shut-off in the house on a Sunday morning. Lorenz arrived that morning. They recommended American Leak Detection to ascertain the location of the leak. The leak location was found and Lorenz employees worked diligently and professionally to repair the leak. There were several employees involved in the process and each employee was professional, hard working, and goal oriented towards accomplishing the repair. From our experience we highly recommend, without reservation, Lorenz Plumbing.

This company blew my expectations out of the water! Andrew, Andy, Chelsea, Josh and Dravon were all absolutely amazing to work with. They were very prompt with coming to my house to fix the issue I was having. Josh was amazing with giving me options on what we could do and what could work. They offer financing, which saved me on this massive plumbing problem. Chelsea was wonderful to work with through the process of applying for financing. This entire problem was a huge weight that they lifted off my shoulders. I will be highly recommending them to all friends and family and be returning with any further concerns.

I had a water line break in my yard near my water meter. Lorenz was the only plumbing business with the equipment necessary that could do the job the same day! They were honest, courteous, and professional! I’ll definitely call on them again!

Ben came out in mid-January when our pipes froze and then burst during the stretch of below zero temps. He was awesome! He took care of the issue, and we had water the next day when the pipes fully thawed. He gave us some great tips to avoid frozen or bust pipes in the future. And the cost was very reasonable! Lorenz did a great job installing my new furnace. I initially called them to inspect my old unit which I knew was about to die. They gave me an estimate for an energy efficient unit. I got a second estimate from another company and although the price was similar, I went with Lorenz because they had been much more detailed and I felt more comfortable. The office staff always answered my questions. Bryan and Ian were my installers and they were polite, communicated well and loved on my animals. I was most happy with the fact that Lorenz filled out the CU rebate information for me and I just had to sign and mail it in. Trying to do that on my own was not easy, so this extra step by them was so helpful. Highly recommend them.

Great company. We have used them for a few years at my home and at my work. They are understanding and quick to help when a problem arises. There maintenance service is top notch. They conducted a shop heater replacement at my work yesterday and communicated the plan and kept me updated as the service went if something changed. Tyler and Brian were great!

Lorenz was responsive, returned our calls, and promptly scheduled our job in a very professional manner. Out of several companies we contacted, this was the first company that had knowledge about downdraft exhaust units, The 2 technicians they sent from the Branson office, Aaron and Wake, did a professional job and went above-and-beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new downdraft - which we are!

My daughter's water service line broke outside of her house on a Sunday and we called several plumbers early Monday morning. The folks at Lorenz (Andrew and the receptionist whose name I didn't catch) immediately responded with courtesy and professionalism, got online to determine the length of the service line, provided an on-the-phone, very fair estimate, and had a crew there - with utility locates - within an hour! Brandon Gass was the operator and plumber and he couldn't possibly have been more professional, competent, friendly and thorough. He and his helper worked without complaint in cold, rainy, windy conditions and had things completely wrapped up by 1 in the afternoon.

I recommend Lorenz without reservation, and will certainly be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Lorenz installed my furnace last year and I was very pleased. They returned today to service my fireplace, perform furnace check-up and add some duct work. They are always professional, efficient, and clean up when finished. The office staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I was so impressed by the service we received from Lorenz. Most companies give you a window of time for the service appointment. Lorenz said they would be there at 10am and our technician, Hayden, arrived right on time. Hayden diagnosed and fixed the plumbing problem in under an hour, which included time spent going to purchase parts. We called other plumbers in the area about this same issue, but they all required a two step diagnostic and service process and quoted us for triple what Lorenz charged. I'll definitely be using Lorenz again.

Lorenz Plumbing provides the industry leading Trane HVAC systems at a very reasonable price. Their skilled HVAC Technicians, such as Robert and Brian, are personable, knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of my home like it was their own.

Besides installing three Trane a/c units two years ago, Brian and Robert replaced our main furnace with a new Trane unit this past week in a matter of hours. Robert also found a serious safety issue with one of our smaller furnace’s gas valve during the Fall furnace service.

After using Lorenz for maintenance of heating and A/C for years we contracted them to replace our old system. Brian and Rocky were our technicians for this job. They were polite and professional. My furnace decided to stop working on the last day of 2023, I called Lorenz as they have taken good care of me in the past and had a return call within minutes for service from Brian. When Brian arrived I told him that I believed it was my ignitor and after his examination, that was the culprit. He gave me a new part and

Tyler and Robert were terrific. They went into the crawl space and discovered that My dryer vent was not only in pieces but was clogged up and disconnected from the dryer. I easily could have had a fire. They fixed all problems. They were very personable, and explained the entire situation and even took pictures to show before and after work. Well done guys.

Brian and Rocky were very professional, on time, and did a fantastic job replacing our furnace and air conditioning. I highly recommend them and Lorenz. They delivered on everything! Quality work and no delays.

Lorenz provided an on-call technician for the Friday after Thanksgiving. Friday afternoon, my furnace blower wouldn't come on and Brian was there within the hour, found the problem and fixed it. A good tech working in a good system.
