Nicky and Dr. Bob are angels. Nicky went above and beyond to provide me and our sweet Remy the support we needed, I could never thank her enough. Dr. Bob is the sweetest soul and I was grateful for the peace he brought during one of the most difficult days of our lives. The thought of bringing our baby to a scary place on his last day breaks my heart, and I am forever grate for the invaluable service they provide. This was such an awful day, but I wouldn't have had it any other way. Nicky and Dr. Bob were so compassionate and walked us through the whole process. We were at home, in our safe place, full of love, kisses, and tears.

Nicky and Dr. Bob, thank you is not enough. We are truly grateful for you.💞

Communication was prompt and kind, and both of them were full of compassion for our beloved pet.

Dr. Bob and Nicky were absolutely the kindest souls during our most difficult time. Our sweet Golden had come to a point with his cancer that he just needed to be free. I had the hardest time making the call, but Dr. Bob was so kind and compassionate on the initial phone call back to me after I left the message. They came that day and explained everything prior to and during the process. To have him go in peace in his own home, not stressed out by taking him in the car to the vet was an incredible gift. I cannot recommend them enough if you are in this situation. I hope you never need them but if you do, I highly recommend them. I cannot say how incredibly kind Dr. Bob and Nicky were on this terrible day for me. Their website is full of information that was extremely helpful to me as well. As much as my heart is broken, knowing my boy went in peace at home, was a comfort.

I called about my sweet cat Buddy and Dr. Bob promptly returned my call. He was able to come the next day (I called on a Sunday) and explained the entire process over the phone ahead of time, including details such as texting when they arrived instead of ringing a doorbell which could distress a pet.

When they showed up they were so kind and talked to me about Buddy and pet her some. At her old age of 23, I absolutely did not want to put Buddy through a car ride to an unfamiliar place on her last day. I'm very happy that she was able to go peacefully at home. Dr. Bob and Nicky were very respectful of our tears and gave us time alone with her afterward, before taking her, and they treated her with dignity. Today Dr. Bob delivered her ashes back to us, and once again was extremely kind.

I highly recommend this for anyone, especially those with pets who would be stressed by a vet visit. It was also very nice for us to be able to have the privacy of our own home before and after.

I can not speak highly enough about Dr. Bob, Nicky, and our experience. I left a sobbing, nearly unintelligible voicemail shortly after 8AM on a Saturday asking to help my best friend, and had a return phone call within 10 minutes. After getting Nicky up to speed regarding the quickly deteriorating condition of our geriatric American Bulldog, she confirmed they would be able to help us that very same day. We discussed costs (which were very competitive and likely slightly less than some of the other services in the area) and had some follow-up regarding what time they would be available, but we landed on early afternoon which is exactly what I had wished for.

We spent the long morning into the afternoon spoiling the hell out of our beloved canine. Nicky & Dr. Bob arrived to our Waukesha home shortly before the 2PM time they specified, but stayed in touch by texting ahead of their arrival. Dr. Bob had a can of Vienna Sausages that he lovingly shared, as he got acquainted with our goodest boy in his last minutes. We did a lot of sharing and took care of the formalities (selecting cremation options & making payment) before they provided one final act of kindness. The sequence and duration of everything was ideal. Dr. Bob hand delivered the remains exactly when expected, and from what I can tell, Pet Lawn did an incredible job.

Although, the entire event was heartbreaking, that had nothing to do with their team. Our experience saying goodbye was nothing short of ideal. I know our dog's last day Earthside was NOT his worst day, and their service was a huge component in that factor. I share with our loved ones - our pooch's ending was as perfect as his place in our family.

A million thanks to Nicky & Dr. Bob for what they do and for blessing us with their expertise and kind nature. I fully endorse contacting them before any other service.

When our 18 year old sweet boy took a turn for the worse in just a few short hours, I made the call to Dr Bob and Nicky. We knew we wanted his final moments to be at home and while we love our regular vet, we knew this was the right decision for us. I called shortly after noon and they told me they could come to our home at 4pm. They were so kind and explained everything and walked us through each step of the process. They listened to the stories and memories of our boy and they let us set the pace of saying our goodbyes. He was wrapped in his favorite blanket, in his favorite spot with his favorite toy as we gave him his final kisses. It takes special people to do something like this and Dr Bob and Nicky are the best. We are very grateful for their kindness and compassion.

I highly recommend Dr. Bob and Nicky. My experience was so loving! I felt completely held and at peace! They are both so sensitive, compassionate and understanding! It was a beautiful experience! I couldn’t be more grateful 🙏 for how my Alex was able to transition. ♥💫

My beloved cat was diagnosed with cancer unexpectedly, with no good treatment options . I kept him comfortable for about two weeks then was faced with the agonizing decision of knowing when his suffering outweighed his quality of life, and I should let him go. I called Nicky, who managed to talk to me through my tears. When she and Dr Bob came to to euthanize Jack, they were so kind and professional. It takes special people to help pet parents with this last act of love for our animals, and I think Nicky and Dr Bob are certainly those people.

I have been in the waiting room at both the vet’s office and Humane Society and watched people bring their pets in to be euthanized. I would wholeheartedly recommend at-home euthanasia if your situation allows it, and Mobile Pet Doctor is the best anyone could ask for.

Everything everyone else said is 100% true. Dr. Bob and Nicky were so compassionate and quick to respond when our cat was suffering and we needed them most. They are genuine, relatable, patient, and clearly cared about our pet’s well-being. This is the first time I’ve had to put a pet to sleep - they tolerated my blubbering while making conversation and asked permission to proceed while walking me through each step.

Every aspect of their service was flawless and respectful. They sent a condolence card shortly after, and Dr. Bob delivered my cat’s cremains to me (on New Year’s Eve., btw) and gave me a hug (they’re huggers if you’re into that too, btw).

Hopefully it will be a very long time before we have to call them again, but in the meantime I will be recommending MPD to everyone I know who may have a pet in need.

Dr Bob and Nicky were incredible. Our dog had progressed to a really uncomfortable point and we called them before they were open and they made space to help her pass the same morning. Plus, they explained the entire process thoroughly, made her as comfortable as possible, and helped us in our grieving process. It’s so kind of them to provide this service so pets can pass in the comfort of their own homes.

We had to say goodbye to our sweet girl two weeks ago. Dr Bob and Nicky's warm, caring compassion helped make Laverne's passing peaceful, calm, and painless. It's heartbreaking to watch your beloved pet leave, but being able to do it at home rather than having your pet's last hours be in a car and a vet's office is a huge gift.

We were able to hold Laverne in our arms as we sat in her favorite spot in our back yard. In her last moments, she heard the birds singing and felt the breeze and the warm sun. She was surrounded by love and died without pain. Isn't that what we all want?

I had to send my baby Fumble to the Rainbow Bridge, and wanted him to transition at home rather than at the vet's office (which he always hated). He was sick and I saw the end coming and had a day/time planned for his farewell. I spoke on the phone with Nicky who walked me through the entire process and was extremely empathetic and understanding. The day of his farewell, my baby took a turn for the worse and I called Nicky to see if they could come much earlier than scheduled. They arrived within an hour and sent him away peacefully. Dr. Bob was extremely kind and treated my baby with care. Nicky walked us through everything and was supportive. My heart is so broken but I couldnt imagine sending him away any other way. I received Fumbles' ashes 2 weeks later by Dr. Bob, as scheduled. Thank you both so much for your kindness, hugs, and empathy.

Dr. Bob and Vicky were available the day we needed to say goodbye to our Labradoodle Lady. They were both calm, comforting and compassionate. In our backyard, around family, they gently made Lady comfortable as we said goodbye. They also helped our other dog say goodbye. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr Bob and Nicky were amazing. In all my experience with my animals, Ozzy was my first to do at home. It was a bit of an unexpected moment too, sometimes animals just let you know they’re ready. It truly was a last minute call on the weekend, Dr Bob and Nicky made it over quickly. The aura and love they presented was amazing. Really in my heart did I feel so at peace after the fact. They walk you through what to expect, and they were so kind and gentle. The reassurance and support was much needed. They commented on how beautiful my white muzzled boy was, & my heart just melted. He was so beautiful. When Oz was ready to come home, Dr Bob hand delivered him to me. I told all my friends and family about these two. When the time comes, it’s an experience that I hope everyone can have in that tough time. It felt right. Thank you again Dr Bob and Nicky. My heart is so great-full for such a comforting send off. So happy to have my boy home ❤

Dr. Bob and Nicky are two of the best people I ever could have called on a really tough day. My bulldog, Porter, had been diagnosed with lymphoma a few weeks prior. When it was time, we knew, and we began to look for an at home service. (In all honesty, we had used Lap of Love before, but they did not have any appointments for three days.)

Dr. Bob called me back within fifteen minutes. He listened. He was at my house within three hours. He confirmed our decision as being the best one we could possibly make. He brought special treats, and he and Nicky both made being Porter's last visitors truly special. I could not have been more grateful to them for their expert balance of compassion and professionalism.

It's not a phone call you ever want to make. But if you have to, call Dr. Bob and Nicky. I believe they are doing what they are called to do, and I found their hugs incredibly comforting.

I will never go to the vet again for end of life service. This was the most comfortable and loving way to help my pet pass on. My kitty was relaxed the whole time, never showed any signs of discomfort or stress. In addition, our dog was able to be there as well to watch the process and I think even she understood what was happening. Thank you so much for the caring, and loving service.

We cannot say enough about Nicki & Dr. Bob! They helped our family through such heartbreaking time with making the decision to have our sweet Bear go to heaven. One of the hardest parts of this process was picking up the phone and calling to make the appointment. Nicki was so compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and so reassuring we were making the right decision for Beary.

When her and Dr Bob arrived they made it so comforting for Beary with their compassion & us as a family.

Although our dog had a very long life, it was still hard having to make the decision that it was time. He had been slowly declining for awhile and it was evident to me that I was keeping him alive for me and that I was being selfish. He was no longer able to play and standing and walking were a struggle. When I found The Mobile Pet Doctor on Google, I read the reviews and decided to call. I spoke with Nicky, who spent a lot of time with me. Between my crying and questions, she managed to console me and help me make one of the toughest decisions of my life. The next day Nicky and Dr. Bob came to us. Their patience, compassion and understanding was exactly what we needed. Our Bentley passed peacefully in our arms. The whole time Dr. Bob and Nicky were amazing. Dr. Bob even personally returned Bentley's ashes to us. If you have to make this difficult decision, don't hesitate choosing them. If I am ever in a position where I would have to make this decision again, The Mobile Pet Doctor is who I'd call.
