North Shore Preschool and Child Care

This school , and staff took care of daughter so well , I actually miss them . Not even kidding , all staff members are just so kind and passionate about what they do and my child learned so much . Unfortunately we live in the middle of Milwaukee or I’d have kept her there as long as I could have . We miss you all and wish nothing but the best for all of you . Daddy , mommy and Madison .

Finding this preschool was the best thing that happened to my family. The staff are dedicated to the development of every child based in their needs and cares for every family based on their individuality and culture. The owner is one of the most passionate leaders I have met. I’m excited to see my 3 toddlers grow up here and be able to stay in touch when they attend school.

2 stars because the director is cool but the owner is very rude. I worked there for a week and right away, my kids and I got sick. I ended up having to call in that next week a couple of days and then the following week, I had to call in again due to us being sick. I went to the doctor and had an excuse. So due to my father in law being really sick with cancer and just had an open heart surgery, I needed to at least pull my son from the daycare center to keep away the viruses. I asked the owner if I could cut my shift two hours because I only had someone to watch my son until 1, mind you my students would be sleep by 1pm. The owner showed no mercy on me at all. She said no they couldn’t honor my request and told me they no longer needed my services. I feel that was very rude, inconsiderate, and mean. Also, they want you to work in a 2’s room with fresh twos alone, potty train them in the restroom, no changing table in the class, there’s no structure with the students, and they only lay down on sleeping bags, no mats or cots. I was in ratio but whenever I would take them in the restroom, I would be in a stall with a student while I have the others sit down. They would get up and start climbing up the later trying to wash their hands. I was scared that they would really get hurt. So I totally was uneasy about that. I couldn’t supervise each of them while in the restroom. Smh I’m glad she let me go.

It's highly materialistic society all they care about is the money!!. They were aggressive to my son.
