Had a slight shake of the steering wheel at 60mph. Took it in to Andy Wurm for balance and rotation. Rob the tech, explained what was going on with one of my tires. He re-balanced all the tires and then put them back on. Rides smooth now. Will definitely use them again! Thanks, Rob!

My last review was 2 yrs ago. 5 star back then. Now after several trips to my Jeep dealer and nothing but disappointment and a whole bunch of money. This place nailed it yet again. I've previously only purchased tires from Andy Wurm which has always been affordable and I've had nothing but positive experiences. Recently I was quoted $665 for mechanic work by a dealer. I called Andy Wurm and they gave me a quote for half the price. When my car was completed I was told the actual price was $100 less than my quote due to labor hours being less. They could have easily pocketed the extra $100 considering I was already committed to the first quote they gave me. I really appreciated the honesty and level of service I received.

I've been coming to this establishment for years and have never had a problem. As long as they keep tire prices reasonable for NEW and used i will continue giving them business. When calling the staff are accommodating, although sometimes it's easier going in person since they stay busy. I bought 4 new tires last year and went to get one serviced. I didn't have to stress over my warranty, everything was in the system. I was in and out in no time, tire fixed!!

They're truly a one stop shop. From tires, to inspections, and engine part replacements. Very laid back St. Louis feel and customer service compliments the service.
One thing to remember: this shop is very popular because they get it done right; so sometimes the appointment dates are a little far out. Multiple payment options.

Editing my review to reflect my full experience. Was very happy that Andy Wurm reached out to me and offered assistance with this matter. This probably would not have been an issue for someone who drives enough to replace tires every 5 years. Great to see the company stand behind their product and service.

Bought a set of new tires from Andy Wurm in November 2015. I don't put a ton of miles on my vehicle. Tons of tread left on them. But I noticed that one of the tires developed a slow leak, so I took it to my local service station (I moved to Florida after buying the tires). Turns out 2 of the tires they sold me were made in 2011. So they were 4 years old when they sold them to me. That's roughly half the recommended life for a set of tires. So now I'm having to replace all of these tires 4 years sooner than I should have. No point in saying I'd never shop there again - as I live out of state. But really disappointed.

I bought some new wheels and tires from AW this week. We had to order the wheels. Very pleased with how it turned out, and happy with the service there. I was watching and they hand tightened the lugs on my new wheels and took good care of my 1973 Riviera. Rob and the team was great. Would definitely recommend this place.

I always go to Andy Wurm and get the best of services. Yesterday, my tire low pressure light came on, and I went to National Tire Battery in Bridgeton who told me that my back tire was dry rotted and told me that I need a new tire for over a $100. The service techs were not in and I couldn't get a tire until Thursday or Friday. I went to Andy Wurm who told me that the problem was a nail and that it needed to be patch for $21. Thanks Andy Wurm staff for never taken advantage of me. They come highly recommended.

Andy Wurm has always been a great place! Since the very early beginnings the service was great and repairs are quick.
This is one of the few places that is NOT trying to over charge or push you into additional repairs unless it is warranted.
I appreciate the staff's playfulness; it makes a stressful situation feel much better.

I recently had my two lower control arms replaced and front end alignment done. Andy Wurm was by Far the lowest price. I was going to have the work completed by a nearby place only due to wanting to have it done earlier. The other place told me on the phone they could do it on the day I needed and would match the price. Once I got there they changed their mind and told me they could not match the price. I decided I would wait for an open time at Andy Wurm and glad I did. I can always trust them. I also ended up needing two tires and they worked a good deal on those as well. I have never had a bad experience there.
